This shop was franchised in early 2011 and ever since then, the customer service has skyrocketed. The new owner Erik and his staff are fun, enjoyable and love what they do, and it shows!!! The mechanics are all very honest, enjoy working there and are extremely knowledgable. I brought my car to have the brakes done (they were squeeking) and it turned out to be a simple adjustment, my brakes and my pads were like n... view moreew, any other shop would have sold me brakes that I did not need!!! THIS COMPANY IS NOT A FAIR COMPANY FOR PEOPLE TO WORK AT. JUST BECAUSE THE COMPANY IS GOING A DIFFERENT DIRECTION IS NOT A GROUND TO LAY OFF A PERSON THEY DON`T HAVE FAIR TREATMENT.
