I`ve been in the car business for over 22 years and theres just some customers you can`t make happy its not always the fault of the body shop or the dealership`s. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would like to respond to the earlier review. This was a keypad battery. Where do you draw the line? I have taken my vehicles there for years and everyone I know have made comments like ,Very personable., Great work, Will tell my friends! That is the review this shop gets!!

They break things!

I took my car in to have a little body work done to it. I get it back and the battery is dead. They have to jump it just to get it to start. After this it cannot keep a charge. I contact them and nicely request a new battery be put in, and they deny the shop was responsible at all. They claim they will not be held responsible for anything, even though I know the battery was just recently bought, and that they mu... view morest have left it dead for a couple days to cause it to fail in such a way. I was having no problems before the work, however they say it is ""my word against theirs"" and that they don`t *know* that the battery was indeed ok beforehand.

Avoid them, as they do not care to make right what they have done wrong. What could have cost them under $100 on a $1600 job to make me happy turned into an hour conversation over the phone and no compensation whatsoever from them.

I don`t know what a keypad battery is, but it was a CAR battery. Like the lead-acid type....
