Buyers Remorse

what a joke.. a new 53,000 car and i should be happy no? well after they tinted the windows I got it back with a 15 inch scratch in the window, theyfirst said it was a `water spot" until they felt it and it was cut into the glass.. then they said.. it must of been there when you bought it..(ok you sell scratched cars?) we will remove the door and replace the glass.. well.. they did and in the process dented the... view more door..I get that removed(still there) and they ruin the door plate(looks like 3 yrs old) and say well thats happens to cars.. uh hello its only got 500 miles on it.!! they "polish" that up and i see 3 MORE scratches on it.. 2 long straight lines on the roof and one on the trunk( that one had wax on it and when it came off is when the scratch appeared.. so it was there when they sold it to me they just tried to "wax it out"... so now its been 3 weeks.. Ive been to the dealer like 7 times.. they ruin it each time more and more.. CLiff the sales mgr said "technically its your fault because you brought it here" as he smugly didnt listen to my complaints that a new car shouldnt be dented, taken apart and scratched AT THE DEALER while in THEIR Service dept! in the first 2 weeks of ownership.. Im beyond livid.. Dont go there.. especially of youre a female cuz they walk all over you, dont care that you spent over $53,000 on a car there. and could care less if your new car is ruined while in service.. over and over ...They only care about MONEY not you or your car!...Braman Bmw would never of treated me like this.. and they would of owned up to their mistakes the first time and offered a solution the FIRST time.. not Lexus.. they said it`s MY FAULT>yes for being stupid enough to continue to go back there and have them ruin it some more. They treated me as if i had a used shoddy car i was taking there. it was bought there.jan 6th for $53,000 plus my BMw and its the 27th... its been in the shop the past 2 weeks due to their negligence. and Ive YET to enjoy this LEXUS EXPERIENCE! one word sums it up..MISERABLE!!! Did i say Cliff the Sales Mgr was rude, demeaning and condescending to me? HE WAS THE WORST! ive ever had... Not one Im sorry we dented your car.. or what a shame the door has to be taken a part. or wow our service did THAT? nothing he owned up to NADA. I feel as if i was taken because i am a woman.. treated less than they would of treated a male buyer..a male would of NEVER of been talked to like Clff talked to me. He would of walked out and left the car there..
