I purchased a new car from them last week and everyone was fantastic. They even gave me some upgrades for the same price. My sales lady was really nice and easy to work with. During the upgrade process the manager, Britt came out to greet me. He kindly assured me that it wasn`t a problem and to let him know if I needed anything else. I wish I could rate it lower b...

I wish I could rate it lower but YP would not let me. I bought a car from their Chevy Buick GMC of Quincy over a month ago. All of the title/tag and payoff work is done at this location. After over a month, they STILL have not sent the paperwork to my probate office to allow me to transfer my tag! I have stood in line 3 different times for over an hour each only to be told that they do not have the paperwork yet!... view more!!! This is not to mention to 275 phone calls I have had to make!!!
