WATCH OUT THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!

CRIMINALS!!!!!!! BE CAREFUL!!!!!!! They steal anything they can from the cars they wash. They stole a pair of brand new sneakers from my trunk. When i returned the next day the skinny manager simply said he could not help since i drove the car off the premises.... THEY ARE ARROGANT AND THEY ARE CRIMINALS - WATCH OUT!!!!!

Want your rims to look like NEW?

Valet ground up the edges of my rim at a club the other night. I was at Miami Auto Spa Hand Car Wash and the guy starts trying to sell me a RIM JOB! HAH.... Buyer Beware - go elsewhere for tinting

HORRIBLE WINDOW TINTING FOR $140. I was left with peeling tint on one window and dirt and hair under the tint on all other windows. In addition, both front windows` edging was jagged and there was dried soapy glue streak marks all over the door interiors of my brand new, 2-day old, 2010 car! They promised to &quot;make it right - as many times as it takes.&quot; I requested to have the tints removed and m... view morey money refunded based on their inferior installation but they refused. That second application was just as sloppy with dozens of bubbles (still visible after 4 months) and dirt under the tint. I tried to speak with the owner (Sean) multiple times to rectify this issue but he refused to return my phone calls. It is really unfortunate that businesses in Miami-Dade County are allowed to get away with this level of service. Buyer beware.

Great Detailing

I have a Black car and they truly made it look new again. I had swirl marks and other light scratches. I bought their dark Car Detail package and it really did work. Awesome stuff

Had a great experience. Only thing I complained about was a corner in the windshield which they took care of ASAP. Otherwise perfect job, perfect price and great location near Brickell so very nice to finally have a great car wash downtown Miami

They saved me!

One of my girls is so weak she couldnt keep up and missed the window! Mike the mgr was sooo sweet when he took it and had his crew make it like new again! Really nice place with cool decor. Oh yeah Free Starbucks Coffee and $10 car washes in the morning was awesome

Stole my staff and then mgr. laughed at me when I reported it!

I just moved to Miami from Atlanta 2 months ago and I live in the Brickell area. Miami Auto Spa is the closest car wash to me so I dropped by to have my car washed and the carpets shampooed. The wash job was mediocre, with lots of streaks and missed areas but the carpet shampoo was pretty good. I had looked the car wash up on my iPhone and headed over, with my iPhone plugged up to my car charger since it was almost d... view moreead. Yeah, you guessed it- the car charger was no longer there when I got back in my car- and I was less than a mile away from the car wash at this point, on my way to pick up my mother from the airport- so no, I didn`t misplace it somewhere else. I wanted to believe they had accidentally removed it (from my center console, which had been closed and had OBVIOUSLY not been cleaned?) so I called and asked to speak to the manager. He assured me that yes my car charger was there and I could stop by and pick it up. So I picked up my mom from the airport, and stopped back at the car wash to retrieve the charger. Ummm, yeah- the charger they had wasn`t even mine! I asked the manager why someone would unplug a charger and remove from my vehicle when my auxillary jack cord hadn`t been touched, and he laughed right in my face. He told me &amp;quot;I have an iPhone and that charger will still work on your phone&amp;quot; leading me to believe this was not the first time this had happened. The best part was that he didn`t even offer a coupon or a partial refund or just a simple apology, but laughed in my face when I told him that wasn`t even my charger. I will NEVER be back- I may have $40 to spend on a car wash to impress Moms, but I don`t have enough money to keep the thieves at this place stocked in iPhone accessories.
