I went there in need of a car ...

I went there in need of a car with reasonable monthly payments.They had a vehicle with just that however the speakers were blown and I was told that the speakers could be fixed but the price of the vehicle would go up.To me when making payments of nearly 300 per month I would think speakers could be replaced. I gave a second try at another vehicle I was told I needed more money a couple of days later I got the money ... view moreand I was told the banks had changed their mind. They did offer another vehicle but it had not even been inspected yet and it had just been recieved that day.I should have never went back after the first insult with the speakers dont go there unless you have exhausted all options especially if you are a woman they think you are an idiot. On the other hand there is a really nice sales person,I would fire the other guy before you get sued.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

I had an issue in the used car center. I went to the main show room and spoke to a manager who did nothing about the situation. He could careless about what had just happened. His main focus was leasing me a car. WHICH I WOULD NEVER DO! Both Used & New car sales departments had TERRIBLE customer service. I was there to have my car looked at, which was est. to take 30 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later i finally got my ca... view morer back after having to pitch a fit.
