We shouldn`t judge the whole place and wrong it bc of personal issue with somebody at this place , and we shouldn`t start badmouth the whole process and advise the people not to go to there because of personal experience or bc we did not get what we wanted during our visit whether our request was legitimate or not.
I will share my recent experience with this place.
I purchased 05 Mitsubishi Endeavor its my first ti... view moreme owning Mitsubishi. after doing tune up at some place it started throwing a misfire code .
I went to city mitsubishi the service advisor there his name Charlie was understanding to the problem. dropped the car off he advised me to change the coil pack , then he found out that the Intake manifold leaking too and he found out that the dashboard was tampered by the previous owner to hide the engine light from coming on. he tried to call the warranty company to fix these stuff but they wouldn`t pay him to repair it. because I told him I am broke right now and I cant afford to pay for repair.
these diagnostics were done in 3 visits and one of the visits he had to rent a car for me to go to work.
Believe it or not he didn`t charge me nothing even not for the rental car. I paid him ZERO.
so I don`t think its as bad as the reviews say, because am sure there are some customers who were happy but unfortunately we don`t share just the negatives.

Horrible horrible people
These people are horrible. They will rip you off and lie to you and cheat you in any way that they can. I love my car but going through this dealership is the worst mistake that I have made. They ripped us off over and over again. Almost 3 months later they still do not have our paperwork correct and they continue to lie and cover their own mistakes. bad news here
This dealership is rude and they lie . i have owned 3 Mitsubishi never had a problem with your service dept . until that last couple of years .mike and joe were the best , now when i go in for service let them know i think there is a problem . they tell me i dont know what i am talking about . i have never failed getting my service done on time . now guess what i have a 1000 dollar repair that i had been telling the... view morem about almost a year . its covered under my warranty but i cant trust them to do it right . i will never buy another Mitsubishi . this place sucks also had a sales man talk down to me . if i was a man this would have never happened ....

Dependable Service
My Suzuki had clutch issues, and was stuck at home. Brian from the service department had my car towed in first thing in the morning, called me when he found out what was wrong, and my car was ready for pick up early the next day. Luckily most of the repair work was done under warranty. He also made sure that the recall items I had been unaware of were completed.

Worst Service Department Ever!!!!!
The vehicle has been in there several times for service. Each time the service is half-assed. They actually broke a lug nut on my wheel (and didn`t tell me, I found out because my wheel was wobbling on the road putting myself and my family at incredible risk of something terrible happening) when I wanted break pads added. Don`t waste your money!!!
This dealership is not professional or fair! I am a young woman who just moved to Florida from out of state. They thought they could take advantage of me! I went in one afternoon with my boyfriend to by myself a new SUV. About a week after, the dealership kept calling my boyfriend demanding $6,000. I signed a 30 day note saying I would bring in my down payment within one month. I am a second grade teacher. Even my 7... view more year olds know that one week is not 30 days!! The dealership wouldn`t even call me to speak to me. It was my loan!! I ended up telling the dealership I wanted my old car back! This was the worst week of my life. Actually, everyone should stay away! This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. The salesman was nice, and I liked the car...but once I got inside the door the story changed. I was straight up lied to by the finance guy! My employer participates in the affiliate program which means that I would get a discount on the vehicle. I told him about the program, and he gave a price that was higher than the sti... view morecker price!! What a discount! He told me repeatedly that this price included the discount. After about 2 hours of ridiculousness, the manager told me that they couldnt tell me the price of the vehicle with the discount. (admission of the lie) I am a college educated woman, with a CPA, and they treated me like an idiot who cannot tell that the price increased instead of decreased. Conclusion: STAY AWAY
