Reviews:
BEWARE of buying here! We bought a trailer that was less than one year old and was told it was like new, but we have been bogged down with little issues from the moment we set foot in it.
During the walk through we noticed a window screen needed repairs and the tv was only showing a blue screen, so it would not pull up a menu or channels. With my kids running around, my attention was divided, but I asked to m... view moreake sure that was taken care of before we leave. We noticed the awning would not roll back in without a little push to get it going. The service rep said they scrubbed the awning twice, but there was still mildew covering most of the area, and I was told to just ignore the tear in the vinyl. The black water indicator was not working properly, but we were assured these would all be corrected or pose no issue. But before they let us drive off the lot, they made us spend a few hundred dollars a stabilizing bar that has proved unnecessary and only caused us more headaches. As novice RV buyers, we left excited and happy, but then our eyes were opened as we we realized we had been too quick to trust everything we had been told.
Once we took it out that night, the list of details they should have addressed was growing as the outdoor shower head was broken off, the pantry cabinet was off its hinges, and the stabilizer for a rear jack was bent. One of major reasons we purchased the trailer was because of the advertised triple bunks, so I was also disappointed the third mattress was missing and would need to spend more time and money creating my own from the local fabric and craft store.
At this point, I am starting to doubt the quality of our purchase and whether their lack of attention to detail is hiding more serious issues like a weak roof seal. We made contact with the dealership a couple days later, and a very cordial customer relations rep assured us they would do whatever they can to "make it right". All in all, the issues seemed to be minor, so it wasn`t worth driving back to the dealership that was three hours from our home. However, their desire of creating a satisfied customer was only an illusion.
My husband and I worked on small repairs, acknowledged no RV will be perfect, and simply asked for $200 to buy a new tv because. At this point, we realized the upper management had no intention of ever doing anything to assuage our issues and were reminded the sale was "as is" with no obligation on their part.
I have been disappointed with their short sided approach to customer service, will not be a return customer, and I urge you to heed caution and seriously look elsewhere for your purchases.
