Great Experience - Great Brake Repair
I don`t live in the Atlantic Beach area, but I was visiting when I experienced a problem with my brakes. All Pro was recommended to me and they were wonderful. They picked up my car and delivered it back to me in less than a day. Brakes were fixed and they checked the car over for other problems. Fortunately they didn`t find anything except a loose heat shield which they tightened at no charge.
I couldn`t be m... view moreore pleased and I recommend them highly.

The only shop I will ever use! Fast and friendy!
I have found the best repair shop ever. When I was stuck, broken down on Atlantic blvd. AAA tow truck says use this shop, you will like them. (Sure trust the tow truck driver that gets paid to bring cars in, RIGHT). Car and I got to All Pro, Randy said it would be a while before the car was even goiong to be looked at. My boss is mad, I`m not there, car is broken, I can`t tell when I`ll be in. Randy asks me if I need... view more a ride to work, (Wait, WHAT? your offering to give me a ride???). Randuy says ""Sure, no problem"". I get to work, calm everybody down, everybody gets to be productive! Great! Randy calls after lunch, waterpump leaking, need to fix then check for other problems. I answered ""Sure, go ahead"". I`m now expecting the call, more problems, more money NOPE! Get a call that after noon, ""Car is fixed, nothing else wrong, car is in good shape"". Wait, no up-sell? No story about how my brakes are unsafe? shocks are falling off, NOTHING, NO RECOMENDATIONS????? Randy tells me ""No, cars in great shape, oil change is due next month. I trust them with my cars, I`m sure you can too

Best Repair Shop in the whole state!
As luck would have it, my neighbour asked that I pick him up after he drops his car off for service. Thats how I found `em back in October 1999.
On the way home, my neighbour tells me he`s been going to All Pro for years, and he loves them. He has services and repairs done on all the cars from his house (4 total with kids cars). He even has his Dads car in, when he visits! Ok he trusts them, I`ll give them a try. ... view moreDealership had just looked at me Vette, gave me a run down on the one thing I had it in for (oil leak) and they also recommended some basic services. I thought I knew every detail about my car, as it always had dealership service. WOW, Ok, dropped off my low millage fairly new Corvette and let them take a look. I expected a long list of services and repairs. Oh how you need this and that and it will cost a ton.....
NOPE!!!
Some little oil sensor is leaking, cheap.
Erik called me up and said this is the ONLY problem we see. We would like to replace the oil thing, and we would like to keep your car over night and look again first AM. ( I was complaining about the spots on my floor) I was worried about leaving my baby, but I was told she would stay inside.
No kidding, 8:15am got the call, was told everything looks great, nice and dry, the car is ready to go.
I was greeted with a smile and a hand shake! Erik told me my little Vette was in great shape, told me it was apparent that I was taking good care of my baby.
That was a great start to a long lasting relationship.
I have NEVER had any problems with anything they have done in the past, I will continue to use ALL PRO for any need in the future. They really take great care of me, my now much older Vette, my wife`s Tahoe, they even fixed that dual driver/passenger air conditioning that the dealer could not correct. Tahoe was under warranty, but I`ll pay the Wizards at ALL PRO to fix it right! before I`ll treck into town to find an open dealership. They even keep my sons Honda on the road, and he is hard on cars. But I`ll pay to keep him in his own car, not allowed to drive the Vette.
Strongest terms I can put on this screen, The boys at ALL PRO love what they do and it shows!

Best shop around, Hands down!
Randy and the boys have kept me and my family on the road! They work on all our cars, Lincon, Jaguar, Volvo and my little jeep wrangler that is more of a toy. All Pro was able to repair the Air Suspensen on my Lincon for 1/2 what the normal costs. Randy has never tried to UP SELL and thing that was not needed. They have gone as far as telling my son he did not need brakes that another shop told him were unsafe. Yes... view more he did need the brakes serviced, 10K miles later. I made sure he went to All Pro, `cause I know the quality of work performed. Highest recomendation possible!

All Pro Defrauds me of $641.52 !!!
All Pro Automotive defrauded me $641.52! I own a 1999 Volvo V70 stationwagon with about 149K miles which I bought new and have always had serviced and repaired at Volvo dealerships. Being recently divorced and a single mom of 2 on a fixed income, I looked for a nearby repair place on the internet & found All Pro in Atlantic Beach. Big mistake! When I took my car to them I was very specific about telling them all the ... view moresymptoms (ABS, brake, flashing upward pointing orange arrow, and check-engine lights all came on randomly, the speedometer needle occasionally dropped to zero and stopped working, and the overall and trip mileage readings disappeared on the odometer and the numbers turn to dashes, and sometimes when I press on the gas petal while the dashboard lights are on, the car barely moves off the ground and I have to push down hard on the gas petal to get it to move & then it would suddenly sprint forward and accelerate to the speed that my foot was accelerating to). After renting a car fm Enterprise for 2 days they call me to tell me that my car had been fixed and the bill was $641.52 for the diagnostic testing and replacing 2 sensors. I pay, leave, get gas and drive about 5 to 7 miles when all the dashboard lights and all the same symptoms come back. I take it back to All Pro in the morning and rent another car from Enterprise. The next day they call me to tell me that my car is ready. I get there and the manager, Randy Kerns, tells me that the engine fault code is manufacturer specific and Volvo does not release their code information so they don?ˆ™t know how to fix my car. This same code and other Volvo specific codes were found during All Pro`s initial testing according to the first receipt they gave me, yet they proceed to change 2 bogus sensors, charge me, then tell me they can?ˆ™t fix my car & that I have to take it to Volvo??? They say that there were 6 fault codes initially and only one now. Not true. I leave there and go to Midas for a free check engine light-on diagnostic scan for engine trouble codes, and they find all the same codes stored in the car?ˆ™s computer that All Pro stated they found during their initial testing and documented on their first receipt they gave me. Midas also told me that mechanics know to send Volvo car owners to the dealership for repairs when it has to do with engine fault codes. They also told me that All Pro had simply cleared and reset the engine fault codes which is why all the lights didn?ˆ™t come on right away. I then took the car to the Volvo dealer who stated that all indications and symptoms were classic of a bad ABS module which, when replaced, would clear up all engine codes. Also, one of the sensors that was replaced rarely, if ever, goes bad, and the other had already been replace and upgraded by Volvo previously. After running their control module diagnostics, the trouble codes confirmed that the ABS module needs to be replaced which will clear up all the lights and fault codes. On his website, All Pro states that he fixes both imported and domestic cars and his areas of expertise include electrical systems and anti-lock brake systems (ABS). I do NOT recommend this auto repair shop. Of note, the manager, Randy Kerns, refused to give me my old sensors back because he said that they had already discarded them. When I called the city I was told that the trash was not scheduled to be picked up at that address for another couple of days. When I found out what was legitimately wrong with my car I went back to speak with the owner, Eric Herman, who became very angry with me offered no help and refused to give me a refund. I have since filed a dispute with Visa.
