Terrible! Worse out than in!?ˆ?
The service dept seems really clean and organized but the service advisors (or at least mine, one Mr. Gonzalez) are not very nice. My BMW didn`t start and they told me it was the key. I bought a $250 key, had to wait for one day for it to arrive only to be told that it wasn`t the key but the starter. I was getting anxious because I needed the car back and it was Friday so I called several times during the day to get ... view morea status. I left messages but the advisor wouldn`t call me back. When he finally did he was arrogant and unfriendly because of me being insistent. That`s not the way to treat and/or keep customers! And it gets worse: When we finally picked up the car, NONE of our keys, including the new one, worked (meaning they started the engine but didn`t lock/unlock the doors or trunk)! When we complained they told us that we didn`t tell them to do that. Wait, I have to specify that the key needs to have all functions on it working??? They`ve got to be kidding! And it gets worse: Luckily, we walked around the car before driving off and OUR BMW WAS HIT on the rear bumper while it was at Braman! They didn`t bother to tell us proactively. I mean, if we had not noticed and left their premises, they would have assumed zero responsibility. So now we have to schedule another appointment and leave the car at this place to get done what should have been done in the first place and to repair what wasn`t broken before we went! Can it get any worse? EDIT: We left our BMW at Braman again to have the damage repaired and the keys programmed. It took 4 days... I wasn`t offered a loaner car until I asked for it. I refused to be attended by Mr. Gonzalez and got another service advisor, a Mr. Caceres. He was much better and I can recommend him. However, when I picked up the car it was DIRTY! Greasy handprints all over the car (it is white) and also the interior (light gray leather). Also, some residue from the masking tape they used on the bumper was still there. I got the service advisor and showed him and he got the car washed in 10 mins and promised me a free detailing later. Again, a mixed experience at best. EDIT: Update 5/27/10 Our experience with Braman today was (again) not what it should be. We brought the car in for a non-working Xenon headlight. My wife made it abundantly clear that she needed the car back that day and that the service advisor (Mr. Caceres) was supposed to keep us informed of the progress. She had a new client appointment at 6pm that she didn`t want to be late for. After we didn`t hear from them all day, my wife called at 4pm and left a message for the service advisor. No response. I called at 5pm and got only his voicemail. I then transferred to the front desk where I was told that the car was ready and that Mr. Caceres would be there until 6pm. We then rushed out of the house to be able to still make it. On the way I called the Braman service dept. again and spoke to a lady. I asked for the service advisor and was told that he had left at 4:30pm!!! I then asked her to make sure that our car would be waiting for us when we arrived but she told us that that wasn`t possible as I had to be there in person before they would get the car from the shop. Now I got upset and told her that we were in a rush due to their negligence to perform their duties (keeping the customer informed when the car is ready is definitely a very basic function of the service representative in my books) but that didn`t make a difference. Indeed, the car was not waiting for us when we arrived 10 minutes later. My wife got to her appointment late... I did speak to the Service Director about this as I think that a BMW facility should have higher standards than this. Maybe they care about client feedback but the many bad reviews Braman already has don`t make me too hopeful.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
I found the CPO`d M3 I wanted at Braman motors through the BMW USA CPO search engine. I contacted the dealer as this was the specific color scheme I wanted and enquired about shipping the car from Miami to Houston. I was told it was simple and they frequently shipped vehicles, we agreed on a price which gave a small discount. It was more than I hoped or expected to pay but they assured me it was the ""maximum discoun... view moret"", of course. So I paid a deposit over the phone, reassured by the car being BMW CPO. Two days later I showed a friend ""my car"" on their website, only to find the price had been reduced by $750 since I had paid the deposit. I instantly called and was told this was a ""mistake"" made by the online dept and they would not honor this price for me. I had paid the deposit and spent many hours on the paperwork, and being led more by my heart than my head I shrugged it off and continued with the purchase at the higher price. I paid dealer fees of $500 and shipping fees of $750. The car was shipped two days later than they stated. When it finally arrived, the trailer truck driver instantly showed me the damage to the rear fender that the dealership had signed off on the shipping invoice as ""scratches"". I was assured repeatedly the car was pristine, and again I was reassured by the BMW CPO and the large profile of the dealer. The car was in overall ""good"" condition for it`s age, but had 15 - 20 large, deep scrapes in the fender, some of which showed signs of repair. When I called them the next day they denied knowledge of any damage, despite the signed off delivery invoice showing the damage, and asked me to get a quote for the repair. BMW Houston quoted me $900. Braman motors found this amusing and laughed down the phone at me. It then took me THREE MONTHS of letters and phone calls to get $300 from them towards the repair. BMW NORTH AMERICA were very helpful and very concerned, and stated there were similar issues in the past, but they were ultimately powerless to help apart from putting pressure on Braman to provide some service. It got to the point where I`d been ignored, laughed at, lied to, and passed from person to person so much that I accepted the payment in order to just move on with enjoying the car! To add insult to injury, it took FOUR MONTHS for my plates to arrive. The car was delivered in October, my plates arrived, again after countless hours of communication, in JANUARY. Despite my repeated attempts to get some satisfaction from Braman, they were completely and utterly dismissive of me. Whether I was pleasant or assertive, I got the same treatment. Several members of the sales staff and management lied to me on numerous occasions. In the end, FIVE MONTHS later and following pressure from BMW NORTH AMERICA, the solution they offered me was for me to pay to ship the car back to them, and for them to buy it back at the lower market value, and taking value off for the miles and wear I had added to the car. Absolute fraudulent cowboys! Obviously I would not risk sending them my car back, which they knew, so I just had to accept the horrendous treatment. I`m very happy with the car, but wish I`d given my $40k to somebody that would at least treat me with the slightest respect. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! When searching google there are many, many negative reviews for Braman Motors, and I wish I hadn`t put so much faith in them just because they are a BMW franchise and sell BMW CPO vehicles. If I had read some of the reviews first, I wouldn`t have shipped the car without seeing it.

The Worst & Rudest Service
I happen to take my Cadillac CTS 2008 there for service and that was a mistake. Not only they were NOT respectful and welcoming, they were careless and incompetent. Rude, rude, rude and obnoxious. Employees flirting in front of customers and making remarks like ""Marina, you so beautiful.."" while completely not paying attention to whoever else was around.
Rep taking the order missed half of what was wrong with t... view morehe car therefore it did not get fixed.
It took 3 days to fix seat which was not moving... and some other issues I asked to fix were not taken care of and the rep did not communicate for 2 days at all - we had to call him and leave voicemails. In the meantime, all the time I spent there dropping the car off and picking it up - Cadillac reps had no other clients and appear to be doing nothing at all. Must be really hard to pick up the phone and let someone know what is going on with their car.
I was planning to get a new car soon and Braman seemed the logical choice - I live in Miami Beach so it`s very close. I`m glad I got a glimpse at their service and attitude before I purchased a new vehicle.

Braman BMW
Welcome to the most corrupt, nasty, and rude ""BMW Dealership"" in the world. Let me rephrase BMW dealership because this isn`t even a real one because when you call BMW north America and complain about it i`m told it`s just a franchise and they can`t regulate this particular dealership. They`ll tell you to give them a 5 every 10 seconds but if your visit is not a pleasurable experience give them a 1 and they will... view more deny you service instead of taking the initiative to make your next visit better. Word to the wise drive the extra couple miles to VISTA BMW in fort lauderdale. BRAMEN BMW (Miami) is filled with crooks, liars, and sales, and service people who really don`t care about the customers.

I Will never buy a BMW
The service department is the worst I have ever experienced. Do the the rudeness and lack of professionalism, I will never buy a BMW again. I would recommend any individual looking for a dealership to stay away from Braman BMW and at all costs please stay away from the service department, especially Marcos. Frankley put, they stink.
