Johnny is the best mechanic we have had in 30 years. we came from DC area and couldnt find someone close who was fair and honest. We have had 4 very different vehicles, imports of various age, that he and his team have worked on. He has been honest about difficult problems and quick to fix common problems. saw a review about odd behavior from Johnny by a google user, that has never been our experience. I`ve used them several times a...

I`ve used them several times and gotten advice that has saved me much time and money. They have taken jobs that other mechanics won`t, like major engine repair on a Kia, and despite being incredibly busy, they are usualy very timely. I have learned that they are very busy for a reason. Many times they have made a simple repair and shown me how to do it in the future.

Do not waste your time or mone...

Do not waste your time or money! I made an appointment a week in advance to have my windows and sunroof repaired. When I showed up Johny told me that he was too busy (should`ve walked away then), but when I told him that I had an appointment he told me to leave it. After 3 days I picked it up and paid the $70 bill. Based on the info I was given it looked like they checked the switches and told me to "assume&... view morequot; the motors were burned up on the window. I asked about the sunroof and for an estimate but was told by the lady up front that since Johnny was gone for the day she would get it for me first thing Monday. I tried to call on Monday but didn`t get through. Waited until Thursday to call back and she had completely forgot. When I described the car she told me that they didn`t have one like it so I had to remind her that I had already picked it up and paid. She told me to give her some time and she would call back, and she did...4 times trying to figure out what car it was. On the fourth time she gave me an estimate of $1200 for the windows only. I asked her about the sunroof and she told me that they didn`t check it. I then asked her what it was that I paid for and she got angry and started yelling into the phone and eventually hung up on me. Turns out that I paid them $70 to park my car in their lot for 3 days. BTW...the problem with the windows is $100 module in the dash that I replaced myself. All of that nice stuff from Dee in the post below is BS. Don`t waste your money on this shop!
