As a manager with Naples Auto Parts we have to agree with the review below Fort Myers WorldPAC INC. has a very rude delivery driver named Mike this Delivery Man refuses to give out his last name and he is not familiar with the parts that he brings to our company. We have bad experieces with him coming into our business using profnanity when we were not up front to take the parts from him right away. He has also left ... view moreparts that did not belong to us and this has slowed us down on completing cars on a timely basis as we would have to wait for the correct parts to be re deliveryed. We have called in and spoke to the manager Kevin Eastman on several occasions. He did have a professional man delivering and there was no mistakes but then this man has came back. We are also considering dropping our business with Worldpac if changes are not made soon!

This company has a very rude delivery person that is not familiar with there parts that they bring to your business. I had an experience with this company yesterday September the 5th where I had called and requested parts to be delivered when the gentleman brought the parts to my store he came in and my receptionist was in the back taking care of a billing issue for another customer. This delivery person that refused... view more to give his last name except for Mike started to yell in the back he had to go we explained we would be right with him. He slammed the parts on the counter. A young child was in the waiting room and the noise was so loud the child cried. Mt receptionist/ billing manager came out front to vertify the parts and explained we were not the right company the driver stated his name was Mike used profanity and stated they were my manager should him the invoice we were a totally different company. After this ordeal he demanded a check where my recptionist stated we needed the correct parts. We called the manager a Kevin Eastman he overspoke me and was not very professional to deal with, I feel this is a shame with the upcoming season and the snow birds starting to come back business will pick up but with unprofessionalism from this company and not familiar with their parts. We will be looking to buy our parts else where.
