A VERY DEMANDING CUSTOMER WHO IS VERY PLEASED!
A VERY DEMANDING CUSTOMER WHO IS VERY PLEASED! I took my car to Countach after the preferred service shop for the insurance company of the person who hit my car botched the repair. They had welded the parts incorrectly, damaged my convertible top and left bubbles in the paint. My Audi was no longer beautiful. I took it to Countach and spoke to Abraham who handled the entire process including making the previous bo... view moredy shop and insurance company aware that he was not going to cut corners with my car. I was updated on a regular basis about the progress. To my pleasant surpise, Countach was able to bring my car back to showroom quality. I am very grateful to Abraham and his entire team of professionals. Without a doubt, I would recommend this body shop without any hesitations.

My letter to the owner sums up...
I took my 350Z to Countach to repair some minor scraping on one of the quarter-panels over the wheel well. The service rep, Julian, said they could also take the scratches out of the wheel rims and have them looking ?ˆ?like new?ˆ? at the same time. I took the car in Monday morning; return promised by ?ˆ?Wednesday, maybe Thursday?ˆ™. My car was ready late Friday afternoon. Each phone call to check on the progress, was met wi... view moreth a song and dance from Julian outlining the process that had to be gone through to complete the job. They have been in this business a long time and "the process" should have been taken into account when a delivery date was promised! The delay was not due to unforeseen issues, but rather, the normal process of doing the job! The car was ready at 5:00 Friday afternoon. It looked great, at a cost of $1256.39. Other than the ride home, the car was not driven until Monday. On my way home from work, the tire pressure light was on. When I got home, I checked the pressure which should have been 36 on all 4 tires. The two rear tires were 16 and 17; the two front were 40! The next morning before leaving for work I put air in to the correct pressure, and was inwardly somewhat annoyed that they had returned the car to me, apparently without assuring I was riding on tires inflated to a safe pressure. Tuesday afternoon, the tire pressure light came back on! The tire pressures were again all wrong, so I called Julian at Countach. Julian was very cavalier with me and said that they had fixed the quarter-panel and rims and everything looked good ?ˆ“ and that was all they had promised to do. He explained to me (as if I were an idiot) that they had to take the wheels off the rims to do the work, and if something was wrong with the tires after that it was MY problem and I should take it to the dealership for repair. I wanted to make sure I understood that he was telling me that if my tires were in excellent condition prior to Countach working on them, and came out damaged, it was my problem. He said dismissively that he would ?ˆ?talk to my boss but I doubt he?ˆ™ll do anything. You need to take it to the dealership.` Essentially, he treated me with the attitude that ?ˆ“ we did the job; you paid; we screwed up your car; you can now pay the dealership to fix our mistake. I took it to the dealership and was told that two of the tire sensor seals were damaged and needed replacing?ˆ¦with a cost to me of $250.00. I had an old coupon which the dealership honored and gave me a $25.00 discount (now that?ˆ™s how to insure a returning customer)! I had gone to Countach because they have been around a long time and I thought they were a reputable organization. Apparently, they must be under new management, because this kind of ?ˆ?customer service?ˆ? is not what builds a good reputation. Is this the kind of customer service you encourage your employees to provide? I was initially annoyed to find that the car had been returned to me with unsafe tire pressure levels. I was further annoyed when, after correcting the pressure issue, I lost tire pressure again. Being talked down to and dealt with in the cavalier and dismissive manner Mr. Herrera used pushed me beyond annoyance. Will I be returning to Countach? Will I be recommending Countach to anyone? Will I be writing online reviews expressing my sentiments? What do you think? UPDATE: I received a phone call today from Abraham at Countach. Abraham was extremely courteous and apologetic about my treatment & and indicated I would be reimbursed for the charges for the repair to my damaged tires. Given his genuine courtesy and the reaction to my complaint, and the quality of their workmanship, I very may well be a return customer...but will never deal with Julian again!

THE WORST BODY SHOP! GO ELSEWHERE BUT HERE!
JULIAN HERRERA promissed me a brand new car feeling after the repairs would be done but in actuality gave me a junk yard car feeling. I am 100% certain that some parts of my vehicle were not replaced like it was supposed to, like what the insurance paid for! It was cleaned up instead no make it look new! They promissed me the vehicle would be ready in 2 weeks but got it back in nearly 5! I had to pay 1 week of rental... view more that the insurance company did not pay for because of their incompetency! I must have called over 2 dozen times to find out status of my vehicle but never received one call back! I would finally speak with the owner ABRAHIM and he`s worse then any of them! and i don`t care nor need your business attitude! A total *******!!!

I don`t have a Mercedes or Ferrari like the list of speciality selected manufactures listed on their business cards. I have a KIA, now the question is: If they did that to my car what would they do to your European model?

BEST BODY SHOP EVER!!!!!!
I had just purchased a 2011 Jaguar XJL from the Collection in Coral Gables. a couple of weeks later someone backed into me and damaged the front end. I called my sales man at the Collection to tell him what had happened and he told me to take my car to Coutach Auto Body because that is the body shop that the Collection uses.

My wife took the car and met with Julian Herrera who immediately gave her an estimat... view moree and told her that the car would be ready in 4 days.

I then saw two very negative reviews about Countach on the internet and got very nervous. However, let me assure you that these 2 reviews could not be further from the truth. Mr. Herrera was in touch with me every day updating me on the progress of the repairs.

My car was delivered on time as promised and the quality of the repair exceeded my expectations. My car looks better than when I drove the car of the lot.

I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants there car repaired properly.

stolen glasses
I chose this body shop because of their high standards and reputation in the industry. I feel that Countach did an excellent job in fixing my vehicle after a minor car crash, and they were very professional by keeping me posted while doing so. I am, however, etremely disappointed with their dishonest behavior. I left my very expensive prescription sunglasses in the car along with a few other minor things of no val... view moreue. The sunglasses were carefully tucked away in the arm rest, as I only use them for driving, but they were missing when I returned to get the vehicle. I also noticed that my ipod cable which I only use inside of the car was also missing. Though this is not an expensive item it is the combination of both things that were stolen that really made me upset. I did speak to the owner but never received a call back in this regards. So I feel this body shop`s personnel can not be trusted. Too bad as they were so close to getting great marks with me over all for the work!!!
