After my experience with their service department today, I highly recommend David Maus Chevrolet . On first call, I was made to feel as if I was their only customer. They answered promptly and were very professional. I spoke to a customer care professional by the name of Ty. He was on the ball. He took my basic information and assisted me with directions to their facility. Upon arrival, I was greeted quickly. It was... view more nice to be able to ask for someone by name. It alleviated the unnecessary explaining and re-explaining of the issue to multiple service personnel. The waiting room was very clean and inviting. There was complimentary refreshments, big screen LCD televisions, and very comfortable chairs that afforded even a bigger person like myself enough room to sit and not feel crowded in.
