HORRIBLE do not go here I woke up one Saturday morning with a flat tire and i had no idea what to do. I looked up ?ˆ?flat tire repair?ˆ? and this place was the first hit. I took it in and Mike at the front desk knew i knew nothing about cars and took advantage of me. He informed me ?ˆ?the tire could not be plugged and needed to be replaced?ˆ? he said, ?ˆ?it would cost $45?ˆ? i said fine i left my car and went to run some errand... view mores. When i returned to pick up the car he handed me a bill for 173 dollars with all these hidden fees that i was never informed off. For example delivery fee, service fee, mechanic fee. I told Mike i was not paying the bill and in a sarcastic nasty tone said, "well i guess you`re not getting your car back then" being bullied i paid the bill. On Monday i took the flat tire to another shop and they plugged and remounted the tire for $15. So i called mike and told him this and he said there is nothing he can do and he would not be refunding my money. I also left the owner Jeff Kranitz multiple messages and never heard back. I highly suggest avoiding this place they will take advantage, over charge, and treat you with the up must disrespect.

I had a great experience at this repair facility,very nice people and the place was very clean. The pricing was excellent,they saved me over $500.00 compared to the dealer. I strongly recommend this repair facility.

I honestly don`t understand how this place is still allowed to do business, anyone out there PLEASE don`t take your car there!!!
