whatever you do DON`T trust them

I reviewed the car through E-Bay. The car had been inspected and everything was said to be good. We flew over 600 miles to get this car. I knew the car was ""As-is""but that didn`t bother me. We test drove it and it rode good. The problem was when we drove back home, I took it to the local dealer for an inspection. The technician called me back to the service bay and he showed me the tires. The tread had seperated fr... view moreom the tires on the inside of the rear two. It was in total sight. The next morning fl. auto exchange called me to see if everything was ok. i explained the situation about the tires and that the car was said to be inspected. I told him this was a safety issue and that my daughter and I could have been hurt or killed. The car was an Audi TT sports coupe. He then said that he was glad we made it home and thanks for shopping with them. ///I knew at this point the place was a rip off and just hung up on him. Don`t do any business with this place unless you want to buy a substandard vehicle.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEFS!!!!!!

These people will rip you off! My girlfriend spent her tax money on a car from here and it broke down 8 times during the 30 days they say they will fix there cars! It would stop in traffic and cars almost hit here they didnt care! The manager is a idiot who wears a pinky ring! They did nothing for her the BBB could not get them to fix the car even! LOOK BELOW! from the BBB website!

The worst decision I ever made

I purchased a vehicle from Florida Auto Exchange in January 2010. I paid $2700.00 down. The day the car was driven home the brakes were squeaking. We brought the car back and they said that the brakes were new and that`s why they were squeaking. A couple months later the brakes were still squeaking. We brought the car back and they then said that sometimes brakes just squeak. A few months later the brakes were ... view moregrinding. I brought the vehicle back again and they said that the rotors and brakes were gone and they needed to be replaced. I have a two year old so by now I`m furious. The brakes were (supposedly) fixed. They then charged me $260 for the brakes to be replaced. I didn`t have the money on hand so I made an agreement to make payments on the service when I made the car payment. When I brought the car home the check engine light was on and it sounded as if something was stuck in the brake column. I planned on taking the car in the following weekend. On Thursday the car payment was 4 days late and they came and repossessed it from my job. They took my car seats and left me stranded with my 2 year old daughter and my 3 year old nephew. They hadn`t even contacted me before they put it up for repo. I called the next day and asked what I would need to do to get my vehicle back. They said I would need $650 to get it back. ($150 for repo and storage fees, $300 for the past due and following car payments, and $200 for the brakes). I decided to think about it over the weekend. I called on Monday morning to let them know that I decided to get the car. At that time they told me that they were pulling my loan because I had to think about it over the weekend and they weren`t going to do things on my terms. This has been the worst decision I have ever made for my family. I would not recommend this car dealership to anyone (especially to someone with a family).
