How is this guy still in business?

I called because I wanted a tune-up and had some quick questions about how his service works and he completely ignored my question and says "just bring it in ok?" He did this 2 more times before I couldn`t help but lay into him about how bad of a business person he is. Hey Mario, why do you waste your money on coupons if this is how you treat potential customers that call in?

EXTREME RIPOFF AUTOMOTIVE

The owner ""Mario"" should be in Mafia... as nothing that comes out of his lips is truthful. Tried to rake me in on an a/c compressor for my car... I took it to another place and they just added freon... that`s it!!! Mario had not put enough freon in and told me it was my compressor... WHAT A CROOK!!! Shame on you Mario... I hope KArma has its way with you! Stay away from this place!!!!
