I bought a car on 5/12/12. No financing. Per DMV as of 09/4/12 the title still has not been transferred into my name, and I am unable to get a tag to my car even though they charged and collected from me a $260 tranfer fee. I have called and left many messages for Cindy the title clerk of for any manager. You can never reach Cindy or any manager ever. Every voice-mail box is full and no one will return my calls.
