Very clean dealership! Clean selection of inventory, even the prices are very fair! Me and my family have searched a lot of dealerships and I must say west haven auto sales should have been our first stop. There was no pressure to buy and it`s a family owned and operated company which is a huge plus in my book...before buying anywhere else, CHECK THEM OUT!

Easy,pleasant, and love my new truck!!

Last month I bought a 2003 Ranger from West Haven auto sales. I have bought many cars in my life, but the family that owns this business was so pleasant to work with and made my process so easy. My truck is reliable and I will definitely purchase another vehicle from them in the future. Do not buy a vehicle from this...

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership! Their mechanic obviously does not know how to handle or spot major issues. I had to bring a car that I had just purchased back to them twice in the same week of the purchase for a loud front end issue, only to have it returned to me with the same issue. The same week I bought the car it also began to give me transmission issues. I called them and I basically got an "oh ... view morewell, we didn`t know, its your problem now". Here it is not even two months after purchasing a car from them which I spent $6000 on and only drove locally, and I am catching buses. The gas tank was leaking, the starter is shot (which a mechanic spotted out to me that the starter had bang marks all over it, so it was a known issue) and my transmission is completely shot! One of the worst mistakes of my life was buying a car from this used dealership! And even worse was that I was a fool and trusted their word and purchased it "as is". As a single mother of two needless to say it will be a while before I can buy myself another car and junkyards are offering me $700 for a car I spent $6000 on :(
