Az differential did an awesome job

Az differential did an awesome job swapping out my standard axle shafts for a set of chromoly G2`s on my Jeep LJ They were ready for me at the appointed time, in fact my Jeep was up on the lift before I left the shop. 2 hours later they called me and told me the Jeep was ready to be picked up. Horrible shop!!! They took a MONTH to

Horrible shop!!! They took a MONTH to replace my transmission - I was told every single time I called ""It will be ready tomorrow"" only to have days go by without contact. My husband was told the truck was ready to go & when he showed up they said they were still putting oil in - which took over an HOUR and then they sent him away saying they were still having issues. After a while we were given a shop truck without... view more charge to drive around - and while I appreciated that, an F250 totally broke my gas budget! Finally, after a month of being told ""it will be ready tomorrow"" I called in & spoke with the front office gal (& Nate`s wife), Jennifer. She again told me the truck would be ""ready tomorrow"" & when I started to relay my frustration with her answer she hung up on me & refused to answer my call. I then spoke with the owner, Nate, who told me I wouldn`t be getting the ""star treatment"" he was giving me at another shop without paying more. Frankly, I would have gladly paid more to get my truck back in a timely manner AND have it actually be FIXED!! This mechanic did NOT fix my truck and he had it for a month. I don`t have proof that he actually installed what he claimed to be a new transmission, except for the $450 charge (which happens to be the same exact price Glendale Auto wrecking is selling a used transmission). I just dropped it off at AAMCO & watched them hook up their diagnostic machine & they got 6 hits on the transmission!!!! Nate`s spent a lot of time blowing smoke & telling me lies. I`d steer WAY clear of this place if you have a choice!

Bottom line, the pe... view moreople who run this company - Nate & Jennifer, are rude, condescending and either so completely unorganized they don`t know what`s going on in their own company OR absolute cheaters & liars. I`m not sure which of those two groups they`d like to be in, but I will never recommend Arizona Differential LLC (the one on Weldon, run by Nate) to anyone, ever. (We took it back to AAMCO & they diagnosed and fixed within two days for a fair price.)

Specialists they are

Henry and the crew did an awsome job on my 14 bolt 3/4 T. I picked up a used 14 bolt 3/4 T with 4:10 gears, only problem was that my 1/2 T Chevy Z71 had 3:73 gears. They changed the ring and pinion, bearings, seals and finished it with fresh coat of black paint. The price still has a cheapskate like me smiling!
