Crappy company

I called them they used the wrong product then were rude to me and revised to send someone out to fix it. Don`t use this company what a hassle for a$50 gift card.

terrible customer service, felt really jerked around

I would rate my experience a zero star if it were an option. I am very unsatisfied with my experience at Integrity. I needed 2 windows replaced and called for quotes. Integrity was recommended by my insurance company - what a mistake it was to trust their judgment! First of all, they told me the work could be done the same day. So it was scheduled between 2 and 4. At noon, I get a call back saying it won`t happen... view more today, nobody available to do it. So I take another slot, the next morning - figuring they were doing the best they could. Then, after 5pm, I get another call saying that the glass they got for my car didn`t have the correct hookups for antenna or defrost, and that it was junk. The correct one would cost an additional $280 on top of the original quote. I feel I got the bait and switch. This is after I specifically asked the salesman if the new glass had defrost and antenna included - his response "yes" The only thing that I am glad about is that they didn`t come out and install the wrong glass without telling me. Other than that, they made a very bad situation even worse.

Came out on a saturday. Very Accomodating

Integrity Glass came out on a saturday to fix our windshield. We actually called two other businesses first and they told us they wouldnt be able to come out until Monday. They were very accomodating and Im very happy.

Excellent Company

The office staff at Integrity Auto Glass was extremely friendly and helpful. They were quick and efficient getting my windshield scheduled and getting the claim called into my insurance. The installers were also wonderful. They showed up on time and did a very clean and professional job. I will use Integrity Auto Glass for all my future auto glass needs and I recommend everyone to use this company!

Great Service

I called Integrity auto glass in the spur of the moment, spoke with Cara in the office, explained the situation, told her I needed a windshield today. Integrity was able to come out within hours to put a new windshield in while I was at work. Cara was very proffestional as well as the installer. I have sense refered to friends and family knowing we will get 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
