Unsatisfied Customer
Our experience with the above dealership has been very unpleasant eversince we got our 2010 Camry.
Walter, Robin, Mat and the other managers were very rude, sarcastic, arrogant and lied to us when we traded our 2007 Camry mid last year.
We were told to go and see them and they would us but instead of helping us they treated us badly.
Over a week ago my husband called the above dealership because of the recall an... view mored a woman by the name of Angela gave us an appointment for March 9.
My husband and I left early because of the rain, we drove separately because we do not know how long the reapir is going to be but when when we got to the service department, we were told that there is nothing needs to be done to our car because its not included in the recall (as far as we know the only VIN # that is not included in the recall starts with "J" and our car`s VIN does not start with "J", we saw it on the newspaper) so were told to go home.
What a bunch of incompetent and idiots Larry Millers Toyota employees are. They didn`t even have a courtesy to call us ahead and tell us not to waste our time , mileage and gasoline, they let us come to their service department for "nothing".
I really did not want to go because I get this anxiety attack being at their dealership because of our previous experience (it was a long story, their managers made me feel so little, I was treated like dirt, I believe because of my nationality) but my husband does not want to wait so he drove his car and followed me so we do not have to wait while the other car is in service.
Big mistake buying a car from them, they mislead you, they are liar, a cheater and a thief.

You will love our high prices and lack of service.
I have been there five times since I was having slight trouble with my vehicle and each of the five times I have noticed that the service reps looked over worked and stressed out, so much so that they nod their head to pretend they are actually listening to you. This is then followed by something that everyone seems to be getting nowadays, the lack of caring for someone else, it`s spreading. Two out of the five visi... view morets took the entire day, from 7:30 to 5pm to get anything resolved.

Not honest - will cost you thousands - no service
I was sent out with my truck at night MISSING a headlight. Thats just one of many problems we had with the truck from day one. It took calls to the GM of Larry Miller and Dodge just to get them to correct the vehicle and this was the day after I bought it! At Larry Miller once the sale is final, you are on your own!
They also lie so beware. When buying a warranty they will claim you should buy the biggest one ... view morewhile you are doing the loan. They then claim you can always scale it back down for a pro-rated refund if it turns out you are not going to use it.
We fell for this. We bought the 100K 7 year warranty and just called to scale it back down to 7 year 50K mile and get a refund as we dont plan to drive the truck much.
Now of course we get ""we have no idea what you are talking about"". So I called sales and asked the sales man about the pro-rated thing on the warranties and he said ""you sure can, thats what we recommend people do!""
So buyer beware....its all about ONE sale and then the customer is on their own.
Dodge is ok but stay away from Larry Miller at all costs.
