Very Poor Quality Work

Our insurance company recommended repairing our vehicle at Nu-Look. Nu-Look contacted us that our vehicle was ready. We made the 4 hours drive (one way) to pick up our vehicle. We did not even drive it out of the parking lot and discovered that they did not replace the cracked transmission mounts. If they had driven the vehicle even 5 minutes they would have heard and felt the noise. Nu-Look definitely should have te... view morest drove the vehicle as they replaced the radiator and should have driven the vehicle to ensure that there were not leaks. After a second 4 hours trip back to pick up the vehicle discovered that when they reassembled the bumper they switched the wiper lines. In our experience their work is poor and shoddy. Their incompetence resulted in our need to take off work 2 days. I highly recommend avoiding this shop.
