Arizona Spring Company, serving the Tucson area for the last 49 years specializes in parts & service for light and heavy duty truck suspensions. Our in house machine & fabrication shops give us the advantage of being able to do so much more than simply change parts and make adjustments.Our Beeline equipment enables us to correct wheel alignment on any vehicle that is street legal. We can straighten steer & drive axle beams and housings with up to 20,000 Lbs of capacity. When appropriate, we can alter the original design and or compensate for conditions unforeseen by the equipment manufacturers. While we are able to do weird work, we do not manufacture, sell or recommend high lift suspensions for any vehicle. We will not perform any repairs that compromise the original integrity and drivability of any vehicle.Our fab, weld & machine shops offer repairs and prototype manufacturing for any project. We are not restricted to motor vehicles.Our warranty program is one of the best and our 49 year history is a testimonial to our fairness in dealing with the inevitable failures that occur in all mechanical systems. I went to the Horne Dealersh...

I went to the Horne Dealership that handles the older vehicles. The sign reads guarantied acceptance. I went through the process of buying a truck from them--they were very polite. I went to pick up the truck and signed the paperwork, I asked several times if it was a done deal and was told that it was. So thinking that the truck was mine, I put some time and money into it. A few days later, I received a message s... view moreaying that I was not approved and that I needed to bring the truck back. Of course I was upset, mainly because I was told it was a done deal, so I brought the truck back. I then emailed the manager and explained that I had put some money and time into the vehicle and would like reimbursement. His answer was he would be happy to reimburse me for any out of pocket expenses-- I am still waiting for the check. I am not upset that I was not approved, I realize that my credit needs work. I am upset because I was told that it was "a done deal" when it fact it was not and I put money into the truck. I am upset because their sign says guaranteed acceptance which I think is somewhat misleading. I am writing this so that no one else goes through the pain and trouble that I did, I hope that if you are reading this you will really look into who you do business with and make sure that it really is a done deal before you take it home.
