Nick always remembers me & my family and asks about us. We feel treated like family, which is a good feeling for us. We enjoy his sense of humor too. He takes great care to get us in right away. Since I usually wait for the service to be completed, he looks in on me if I need anything, keeps me up-to-date on progress or explains patiently any service that needs to be done. Anything that has been worked on has been do... view morene correctly and we have had no subsequent problems with the work. He always makes good suggestions. If,say, tires are worn, he presents options for us to consider--never pushy.

I was very nervous about the whole back and forth process when it came to price but it went smoothly and I was only nervous about the last back and forth because it was the ""big"" one. My first thoughts about CardinaleWay Mazda were how nice the facilities were; not only the new car building but also the used car facility. Johnny introduced himself when I first arrived and we walked around to the used car area. I immediately felt at ease because everyone at CardinaleWay Mazda was so friendly and open. My previous car buying experience at a different dealer had been unpleasant so I was prepared wi... view moreth talking points and defenses as I worked with Sales Manager Al about trade-in values and car conditions. All questions were answered straightforwardly and if I didn`t understand the topic, it was explained in other ways until I did get it; very patient. The car I came to look at ended up not working out for me, but at no point did I feel pressured to make it work or to purchase another vehicle. The guys were so nice I decided to hang out at the dealer and ended up buying a (different) car that I love! CardinaleWay Mazda certainly has a family feel while still being professional. I highly recommend going to see new and used cars there.

My view of dealerships has completely changed due to the helpful easgoing attitude of their staff. Overall our experience was easy. The salespeople were not pushy or overbearing. They were knowlegable regarding their product. We were there several times before we purchased the car and never felt pushed, rushed or like they were tire of us! They spent a lot of time showing us the features, answering questions, test driving, etc.

Do NOT use this dealership!
They treat customers nice until the check clears! Their gimmick is that they are a "Christian" dealership. There are many other dealerships in the area. Use one of them to avoid a very bad experience. I sure wish I had!
