Bring your vaseline. I was looking at a Versa. They were extremely pushy and wanted me to close the deal today at any cost. I was told no incentives were available for this car. They wanted to give me hardly anything for my trade. After a few hours and some BS number crunching, my trade in was coming up and the payments going down, and looking better. After looking up the stock number online of the car I was buying, I not only found out that it was over $1000 cheaper than the price they were selling it to me AFTER my trade in and all their BS number crunching, BUT, there IS incentives available. The bastards were trying to keep MY $1000 cash back incentive and wrote it up as a commission loss in the paperwork.

I went to Midway Nissan based on a refinance offer I got in the mail. They tried to sell me a new car instead, and when I declined, their entire front changed. When I insisted on pursuing ONLY the refinance of my existing car, Brian Tills was not only dismissive, but condescending. But he did offer me refinance terms which were literally laughable. I would have paid out almost $10,000 more dollars over the life of my... view more loan to save $13 a month. This dealership was WAAAY out of my way, offered poor service, and ridiculous terms. And when I emailed them to address my concerns so that they may improve their business, they made promises that they have not yet honored in the three weeks since the meeting. This dealership has failed in every way that I can image.

Bad start....AWESOME FINISH!

After a rocky start and some bad service Midway really stepped up their game and followed through with some great customer service. We had a bad experience with a sales manager and the GM and Brent Adkisson got in touch with us to see how to fix the issue. In two days we had a wonderful deal on a vehicle with a lower payment, a lower interest rate and a bigger vehicle. When we went down to get the vehicle Brent ha... view mored it cleaned up perfectly for us and the paperwork was waiting to be signed. Chris walked up through every step of getting the vehicle ready and to us and was always smiling and upbeat. Chris put up with us giving him a hard time and was honest and straight forward about everything. Brent was very helpful and wanted to do anything to make the problem right. And Paul was awesome in finance by getting the paperwork signed and ready to go in under 20 minutes.
Thank you Midway team for taking such a bad inital experience and turning into a great one! We will be back to purchase our next vehicle from Chris at Midway and will not hesitate to let people know how our experience was!

Midway Nissan Review - Horrible Experience

Obviously the midway nissan reviews here are all bogus. It`s impossible to have nearly 60 reviews and all of them be 5 stars. I suspect that these reviews are all Midway Nissan employees or a company midway nissan hired to post positive reviews about the dealership.

I have told family and friends to go to MIdway Nissan

They made us feel like friends, from the start. Great personal service. Comfortable show room settings, Coffee, soda, cold water, POPCORN !! not a bad start!! Justin Chavez was our salesperson--great guy!! Never had a Nissan before, but I LOVE MY SENTRA !! Thanks to all who helped me get in it and drive off!! They really worked

Everyone from the beginning of arrival was so friendly, Someone greeted us, showed us to the salesroom and introduced us to OUR rep. Justin Chavez. From then on throughout the day, it was on a very personal basis. Hats off to every sales person and your employees in general Good folks, all of them. They really worked that day for us. Not just for the Nissan brand, or the Midway lot, but for us!

I really love my new car!

I truely appreciate the patients and understanding you all gave me. This was a difficult decision for me to purchase a new car. Treated us well

Explaining the features the car had. Did not have to sit there and haggle over the deal told them what i could do and it was done. Every one treated us well sales and finance. I also appreciated not being there all night long buying the car.
