We saw a truck advertised for $2400. In auto trader, we called the confirmed the price. So we drove 74 miles to buy the truck. Once we got there they said they had to add the dealership fees and delivery fee and I HAD to register ... view morethe truck thru them. All together it was going to add another 1500.00 to the price. I called the state of AZ, they informed me that I did not have to register the truck with them I can register the truck myself. When I went back and told them, they said they reserved the right to not to sell me the truck. Then I was told to leave, when I asked them about their tactics they called the police. When the police arrived they told me, Bueno Used Cars does this all the time. They also said if it were them, they wouldn`t do business with Bueno used cars because 90% of the sales people that work there are felons! with criminal records. After my experience and the recommendations from the police, I must come to the conclusion that if they have criminals selling cars for them, they are not going to be telling the truth. Beware, beware beware they are waiting to prey upon the innocent and take them for everything they can get.

If I didn`t have to select a star, I wouldn`t. Don`t ever buy a car from there unless you have a experienced mechanic who can take the car on a test drive, look under the hood, check the motor mounts, A/C, heat, all major components. AND...if you have to leave the car for repairs, make sure you have a 2nd car or transportation to drive you back home and back to pick up the car because they DO NOT PROVIDE transporta... view moretion. Even if you have to wait all day! The very next business day after purchasing the vehicle, I contacted the dealer about the motor mounts. While waiting to go discovered the A/C didn`t work and the back window got stuck in the down position. I eventually took it in to be repaired, when went to pick it up, I was basically scolded by the Office Manager. I audio recorded the entire conversation as well. She told me they fixed the car but I would have to come back because they took parts off in order to get to other parts. She told me I would hear noise too but not to worry because it`s from those parts. BUT...when I drove back home, I noticed the motor mounts had NOT been replaced! That was my FIRST AND MAIN COMPLAINT within the first business day after purchase!! I HAVE EMAILED, TEXT AND CALLED THE OWNER multiple times. I have called the office manager who is also the scheduler who told me she would get back to me after talking to the owner, and still not one call back or an email. I have a list of dates of communication and it`s sad that my car just keeps getting worse because they refuse to schedule my car to repair the problem they promised to. According to my attorney they have a 2nd attempt to fix it and if they don`t fix it, they have to give me a full refund within 14 days. THEY ARE AVOIDING COMMUNICATION. But...I can`t just go in there because I don`t trust they would communicate with me without it being recorded somehow. THIS PLACE IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO DO BUSINESS. Although...I have to admit, being that I`m such a nice person, the girls have all been very nice to me after one of my emails stating I recorded the conversation. They`re just doing their job. I can write all of this legally because it IS ALL TRUE!!! FACTS!
