Everyone was very nice and super helpful...plus they serviced my car quicker than anticipated. I would definitely advise people to go to Chapman with service issues. Plus, the sales staff is great...Never any complaints with either department. I would rate them a 5/5.

What a pleasant experience all the way around!

My service experience at Chapman VW in Tucson exceeded my expectations. I was treated courteously and professionally from the moment I walked in until I left. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and inviting. What a remarkable contrast to the dealership of my previous vehicle! Ed explained what servicing had been done to my car and assured me that this maintenance was free. there is no problem after it`s been fixed.

My TDI Jetta 2001 was new when I started coming to this service center and I`ve known Scott and numerouse others who are no longer there. So I was happy to find a familiar face again. A person who doesn`t get side-tracked and is thorough and responsive. So I like coming there, except for when I get an expensive service. Sammie was very helpful and knowledgeable for my warranty issues. And the fact that I have just moved to Arizona from North Carolina she told me to make sure and change my oil a little more often than I was told to do so in North Carolina because of the climate and dirtiness of Arizona. Every 5,000 rather than 10,000. fantastic deal

This time I`m working with Len Luskin and he is AMAZING! Returns emails and calls within minutes, great product knowledge - even owns a VW himself (which means he believes is what he is selling!), and he is all about taking care of the customer.
