DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! I went there to buy a car, got approved for financing. We signed a contract agreeing that a problem with the car would get fixed "at dealer cost/expense." We took the car back to get the problem fixed after driving it for a few days and the owner told us we had to put MORE MONEY DOWN than we agreed on originally. They tried to trick us into financing more and putting more mon... view moreey down because it would "save us money." He said that the bank charges them 25% and that`s why we have to put more money down with the taxes and the fees. He showed us how much the bank was charging and it was less than 10%. Nothing they said made sense and the salesman and the owner were tag teaming and trying to trick us into paying more money and kept interrupting us so we couldn`t think. I told them that we could do it as originally agreed or to give us a refund for the down payment that we had already paid. Fortunately, they refunded us the down payment.This was my first time buying a car at a dealer and it was the worst experience ever!

Worst customer service ever! I...

Worst customer service ever! It amazes me that people run a business this way. They sold my boyfriend a vehicle with huge cracks in the windshield promising that they would fix it then laid threats on him to try to force him into paying for work they did on a trade in. The people that own and work at this place do not know anything about customer service at all. Their lack of business ethics is amazing. I absolutely will never do bus...

I absolutely will never do business with Unique Imports Dealer # 5974 E. Speedway ever again nor shall I ever recommend anyone to do business with this dealership!. My girlfriend and I purchased a 2005 Buick Rendezvous through the internet and had her dad pick up the car thinking it would be just as great as the information provided had said. When we met up with my girlfriends father here in ... view moreNew Mexico is was very apparent that this vehicle had never been cleaned, vacuumed or even detailed!, I found leaves and even a small toy car under the seat of the back row. The Buick had not received a oil change in over a year(confirmed by a local oil &amp; lube business) the tires were said to have had merely sun damaged due to the heat in Arizona, wrong had to be replaced!. There is a All Wheel Drive caution light that was said to turn off and it was no big deal, WRONG it is a major problem that needs to be looked at and repaired by professionals!. The Dealership not only once but twice had to be notified to send the title to get registered, and once it was shipped over night paid for by us they had white out the wrong name on the title and the DMV would not accept it!. so had to call again to get it shipped and all of a sudden they had lost the original title some how!!.. I would seriously discourage anyone from buying a car from this dealership!. my girlfriend and I have to deal with these problems on our own because we do not live in Arizona and the warranty expired due to the amount of miles we live away from Arizona and the time before we got a chance to have our own mechanic look at the SUV. I would actually give this dealership a no star rating, just a horrible experience all around!. Oh and gas mileage given has no where been even close to the actual gas mileage this SUV gets!.

Do Your Homework!

I found a car that I liked on their web page and I went to check it out. I was greeted by a nice older Hispanic man named "Johnny". I asked first off if I could take it to my mechanic to be checked out and they had no problem with that! My mechanic drove it first and then took about 45 minutes to run tests and check out everything. He found about 1500 worth of repairs (nothing really major) just lots of sma... view morell things. He told me that other than these things the car was in great shape. (I tested everything to see if it all worked and everything did) I liked what i was told and bought the car. We agreed on a price, shook on it and since they couldn`t take the entire cost off my card, I gave them 1,000 for a down and the next day would bring in a cashiers check for the balance. They said that way it could be emission tested and cleaned up for me by noon the next day. I came back the next day and the car was wiped down, not cleaned like I was expecting (they could have taken it to a car wash). Jack then was doing all the paperwork and he told me that I still owed 13.00 for the emission testing. I told his that was included in the doc fee charge of 399 I was charged. he said it wasn`t and that I owed it. I told him I wasn`t going to pay it. Johnny overheard this and rushed over and told jack to not charge me that I had already paid. I left and when I got home, the entire trunk was filled with dirt. There was ALOT of it. I couldn`t believe it! I spent the entire next day cleaning it out! My advise to buyers is do your homework! Check out what the year and model is going for in the area. Look at many cars so you know how to compare them. and for gawdz sake, take it to a mechanic to be checked out before you buy! It will cost you about 30 bucks but you will know what you`re getting into.

Great customer service and price

I bought a vehicle from this store around a month ago to be shipped to LA. I called them and talked to one of the sales persons I think his name was Johnny but I`m not sure. I saw the pictures online which were very clear but just to make sure, the sales person was nice and did a walk around the car and told me everything about it. After i sent them the money, they shipped the car and I got it around 2 weeks ago. The car is in excellent condition and I love my new Lexus LS430 :D. Steer Clear! No Pun Intended!

I had a bad experience with this dealership. Not trustworthy people, car is lame and has a lot of mechanical problems....got jipped big time, have been telling everyone I know to stay far away from this dealership....they definitely give used car dealerships a bad rap! Oh, also, a word of caution: don`t wear white pants if you buy a car from this place, I got shoe polish stain on my pants cause the my leather seats ... view morewere colored with shoe polish!!!!
