OMG! Seriously? I Took my car ...
OMG! Seriously? I Took my car in and wanted it cleaned because i just got back from a road trip, so i wanted the inside very clean, as well as the outside. I paid my 39.99 and they took it through. Got my car and went home, upon getting home i noticed that there were grease marks all over the side and hard bug goo still on the hood, so i called the next day and asked for a manager, *Edger* told me to bring it down an... view mored he would personally take care of it, i got there and he met me at the car and drove it off to the covered area. about 10 Minutes later he waved me over. Thye car looked better and i drove home. I noticed that the windshield needed to be wiped in the middle so i parked in the driveway to see better, got out and that`s when i noticed all the scratches all over my hood. OMG! Did he use a freaking Brillo pad on my hood??? So now i have a hood that`s all scratched up! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I warned you!

Capinis not so good anymore
I have been a customer for several years and have usually been satisfied with the service provided by the car wash. On Sunday, January 3, 2010 I took my car to the center on Oracle road and was very disappointed with the car wash work that was done. I purchased the Platinum service for $21.99 and here is what happened:
When I went to pick the car up after the service techs were finished, I noticed that the tire sh... view moreine had not been applied to the tires. I pointed this out to the tech and he went around did them for me.
I then got into the car and noticed that the front floor did not look like it had been vacuumed. I pulled the car out, parked it at the business next door and looked at the floors more closely and they definitely had not been vacuumed. I also looked at the seats and they had not been vacuumed either. Since they are leather, maybe that is typical, but my seats have stitching in the leather and crumbs and stuff accumulate and they need to be vacuumed. I took the car back to the vacuum area and showed the tech the interior had not been vacuumed and he had me pull the car in and vacuumed it. He did not vacuum the seats though so this must not be part of the service. You would think for $21.99 that the seats would be vacuumed. I shouldn?ˆ™t have to go home and do this myself after paying that kind of money.
While at the business next door I also noticed that the front of the car was still full of bugs and dirt. I checked this out specifically because I had noticed that no pre-wash was done on my car like is usually done before the car is entered into the car wash. Without the pre-wash the front does not get clean. I just kind of stood there for awhile and thought about what a bad car wash I had just got. Maybe all of their success has spoiled them into thinking that they don`t need to provide the kind of service that got them to where they are today.

Avoid This Place
Took my dad`s truck in for an oil change and specifically requested that they check all the tire pressures because I would be traveling cross country the next day. They said it was included in the service. The next morning, I checked the pressures just to be sure, and they were all different and all low. A few weeks later, my recently widowed mother took her car in for an oil change, and they convinced her she needed... view more her power steering fluid changed by showing her a dab of her fluid on a card next to a dot of color that was supposed to be new fluid. Power steering fluid rarely needs to be changed, unless there are steering problems with the car. And if the color of the fluid had anything to do with its effectiveness, you`d have to change it every month. The car`s fluid had been changed only a month before, so my mom got taken for $50 in this scam. I`ll be lodging a complaint with the Capin corporate offices.
