I am not one to give bad reviews to companies or individuals but I am extremely disappointed with the service we have been given (or not given I should say). Unfortunately placing our trust in Bryan (company owner) with Barnes Auto Repair has been an exhausting and frustrating experience. The first time we had our brakes done on one of our vehicles, I was pleased and very impressed. He was fast, efficient and I f... view moreelt he was knowledgeable and educated on the subject of vehicle mechanics. With such great service I came to Bryan for another repair. We met at an AutoZone and they did not have the part we needed. Bryan found a parts store that had the part in stock so my stepfather gave Bryan $110 for the part. The next day after he supposedly picked up the part we arranged a time that weekend to repair the car. For about a week, it was one excuse after another. Several times he confirmed a meeting time and never showed up or called. I called and texted daily and after that first week he began ignoring my calls, and did not have the courtesy to contact me. With much concern, my fiance finally called and to no surprise they answered his call! Needless to say they were intentionally ignoring my number. Of course there was another excuse and a promise they would be there to fix the car the next day. No show, phone call,or text-- any means of communication for that matter. He has ignored my phone calls since and has been ignoring my fiances calls as well. It has been well over a month and it has been an exhausting experience. I am extremely disappointed to have been scammed. There was no means of communication. I don`t appreciate being ignored, cheated or lied to whatsoever. I thought so highly of Bryan and the company he was running but now after losing over $100 I can`t say the same. I would never have fronted another person money, but to our knowledge this was a reliable business. There is a significant LACK of honesty and dependability; two characteristics for an effective and quality business. For anyone considering this company for vehicle maintenance I would quickly reevaluate. Just a buyer or costumer beware. I DO NOT recommend Bryan`s company, Barnes Auto Service for any vehicle maintenance or any sort of transactions. I am frustrated and have been very upset about the situation as a whole. Especially being cheated and continuously lied to. I would not give this company even 1 star and surely hope this does not happen to any other costumers.

I called to schedule an appoin...

I called to schedule an appointment .Bryan i believe answered the phone he told me he was a az native and has had the shop Barnes Auto Service for the last 5 years . i scheduled a timing belt and water pump to be installed on a monday . i had a hard time finding his place due to the location . So he met me at Mckellips and miller at the circle k he was polite and put my mind to ease about the work he was to preform h... view moree said book time was 5.0 hours and it took him about 6.5 to complete . He also took pictures and gave me used parts . Which i liked i would refer Bryan or Barnes Auto Services to friends and family .

This guy is great!! He took control right away and knew exactly what he was doing. My car is fixed and there has been no further problems. I would recommend this company to anyone.
