Took forever, can`t get a hold of payment department, Everyone is smart mouthing

I went with a friend of mine to go get him a new car. They were nice better condition then most of the car dealership we went to. OMG they took 4 hrs to get his paper work done and it was ridiculous. We could of gone and had lunch in the mean time. They could of also called us back when it was ready instead.
