Bogus $700 fees
$700 in bogus fees -- Bought Vehicle, paid $399 document fee and $306 license fee...they`re sneaky, so beware! I thought that I paid fair price based on kelly blue book and edmunds, but they played me like a well-tuned fiddle.
First off, the staff is overall really nice. I really liked most of the salesmen - they`re honest, hardworking folks. They were very agreeable to let me spend lots of time test driving... view more and inspecting the vehicle. However, be wary of management and finance. Make sure that you ask for the fees up front before talking pricing... I didn`t and it cost me BIG TIME! They take the price that you agree to and tack on the fees after taxes. It was a tough lesson in car buying for me -- I should have done more homework -- don`t make the same mistake.

Horrible Customer Service
Wow, what can I say...unprofessional and no class. I would know the assistant managers or sale managers name if he introduced himself to me, but he didn`t.
Basically, the salesman was full of crap over the phone. I was already at one Mitsubishi dealership and I knew exactly what I could get for my trade, and what the value of the new car would be. It was very simple, cash was involved. The numbers were no wher... view moree close and the SM or AM threw my keys on the counter and in a unprofessional way, he said, "what are you trying to accomplish here". A simple, "we can`t do that offer", would have been fine with me...F-
