I would like to express how happy I was with the entire Service staff. From making the appointment (they got me in at my convenience), to the shuttle ride both from and back to the dealership, to the estimate of the work I needed done, to the explanation of work completed by my advisor. I especially appreciated that the estimate included taxes and other charges that are usually ""add-ons"" and a surprise when going t... view moreo pay. I was treated courteously by all the employees I came in contact with. I will definitely take my Ford vehicle back for any other needed repairs and would recommend this dealership to everyone.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR SERVICE ...
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR SERVICE REPAIRS, OK FOR SALES BUT NOT SERVICE. Brought in a ford truck with an electrical problem, service advisor Raul J. didnt really listen to the problem, got the vehicle returned to me with - flat front tire (on an explorer which are prone to roll overs), broken valve cover (from timing chain guide breaking-prob not their fault), window still completely down, grease hand prints all over whi... view morete hood and still had to be towed home. I paid towing both ways. then found out that the original problem was not repaired, called Raul and he paid towing (after some hesitation). then he had repaired again and told me that it was the battery terminal and they replaced it for free (thought it was very nice of them). I asked if they would pay towing back home again for me (since i paid twice already) and after hesitating again, he agreed. waited 3 days and after no response to my 2 calls and messages i finally just paid for the towing...again. Get it home and find out that they did not replace the battery terminal, still the same old terminal, so either he lied or just didnt want to explain what the actual problem was in detail and took easy way out. Ended up fixing the timing chain myself and it runs great now (they said it needed new engine, only has 70k miles on it tho). Called the manager who intially said that they would refund my money for whole repair (which is more than generous) then after talking to his tech (and i presume Raul) sided with them and said he would not even covered the third tow bill but that since Raul "said" he`d cover the fourth back to my house (which he didnt) that to "mail" him the receipt and in a couple weeks theyd send me a check for it. He didnt care about: flat tire, window down (and unsecure for 2 days), grease all over hood, repair coming back, lied to about parts being put on that were not and the 3 days i was without it waiting for Raul to tow it which never happened. Very bad service from a large Ford dealer, use any other Ford dealership for service; Sanderson Ford is great, Tom Jones Ford is great really have never heard of such bad bad service from any other ford dealer in AZ

Best Car Buying Experience in 25 years, EASY!
This was by far the best experience I have had buying a car. I will make sure to send everyone I know who wants a good deal to Justin. He does an excellent job making sure that I had all of the information that I needed to make an informed decision. No pressure, no sleazy sales tactics. Awesome deal up front and no silly extras.

Very Professional!!!
Took a longtime b/c they were EXTREMELY busy, but thats a good thing right? Otherwise it was a great, no pressure experience. I set up my purchase online and I was very pleased. Justin and the staff was very, very professional and I was treated like family, instead of someone he could make money on. Rodeo Ford Sold Me!
A special thaks to Ruben Mendez from Rodeo Ford. Ruben and Andrew made my experince great, no back and forth.. just a good deal on a car that I wanted. The paperwork was fast and by the time I was done with the finance guy, my car was washed and waiting for me. I had a great time buying from these guys and dealership. Outstanding Fleet sale
Jim Mitchel at Pioneer Ford is no BSer. He told me in advance that it`ll take a while to get the car the meets my requirements. He came through with flying colors today. The transaction was flawless Jim`s secretary April handled all the paperwork without any errors and she was very pleasant to work with. .

Poor attention to detail in service dept. Filed complaint, no response.

Had a wheel alignment done on my 66 Mustang that I had spent two years restoring.
The service techs butchered the paint in and outside of the engine bay with their tools.
I filed a complaint with the service rep. NO RESPONSE.
Careless , irresponsible treatment by Pioneer Ford. BEWARE!
