I brought my Chevy truck for an oil change and from the beggining I did not get a welcoming feeling from the old man with mustache and that little skinny methhead mexican that works with him. My oil change only cost 19.99, but after I drove my vehicle on a freeway I knew something is wrong. I don`t know what they did but something is wrong with my truck. I am going to keep this simple...

I am going to keep this simple and short. DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS ECONOLUBE(19th&bell). Your vehicle will not get fixed and after you leave, your vehicle will start having more problems. Somebody ought to look into this place for scamming people. I wouldn`t be surprised if they swap auto parts without customers knowledge.

I have been taking my car to Econo Lube N` Tune for my auto repair for years and I must say that the service has ALWAYS been top notch! They get the job done and get it done right the first time. Plus, they are VERY reasonable in their prices. As a matter of fact, I know that they have saved me THOUSANDS over the years compared to dealerships or other auto repair shops. ripoff, they are equivalent to...

ripoff, they are equivalent to first graders working on your car and running a business, actually 5 cent lemon aid would have been better. they lie, cheat, and steal!!!! this place is the worst oil change place you could EVER do business with. DO NOT GO!! I bought a punch card off them a while back, the card was over $100 for 5 free oil changes and tire rotations ect. around average price. now would you call payin... view moreg an extra 20 something dollars for each oil change free?? NO!!! it comes up to around $47 an oil change, for a 2002 honda!!!!!!!!!!!! and get this! I still had some punches on my card and I went in to talk to a manager again about why I am being charged the extra money, and just figured I would pay whatever and use the rest of my punches, BUT he said they no longer accept the card!!!!!!!!!!!! so in the end 3 oil changes for a little honda came out to about $180, and they made excuses why they couldn`t do anything else on the card. NO TIRE ROTATIONS, NO BALANCING!!!!!!!!!!! RIP OFF!!!!!!!! why there are still in business I will never know, companies get away with anything now!!

WATCH OUT!

I TOOK MY CAR IN TO HAVE GASKET COVERS REPLACED AND A TUNE UP. THESE SERVICES COST ME OVER $380.00. I WAS STILL LEAKING FLUID. I NOTICED THERE WAS OIL ALL UNDERNEATH MY HOOD. I TOOK MY CAR IN TO A TRUSTED MECHANIC OF A FRIEND. HE SAID I HAD OIL IN THE SPARK PLUG BOOT. THE COVERS WERE NEVER REPLACED ENGINE OIL WAS EVERY WHERE. MY MECHANIC TOOK PHOTOS. I CALLED ECONOLUBE AND ASKED HOW THIS COULD HAPPEN. HE TOLD ME THEY... view more PROBABLY MADE A MISTAKE. AND HAVEN`T I EVER MADE A MISTAKE. I SAID SURE, BUT A TUNE UP AND REPALCED VALVE COVERS? HE SAID HOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT KIND OF JOB IT TAKES TO DO CORRECTLY. SCOTT WAS RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. AND BASICALLY TOLD ME TOUGH LUCK.
