Buyer beware

This is probably the only website that I have seen where all of the reviews are good. Obviously they write their own reviews. My experience with Bell Ford is that they are rude, unprofessional, and unethical. They call you names if you challenge their negotation tactics. The smarter the shopper, the more they dislike you. All of these reviews are probably made up. Who goes onto a site to do a review saying girl... view mores rule. If you are a girl then you are probably too young to drive. Perhaps Terry from Bell Ford made this on up. There are other dealerships in Phoenix, I would avoid this one at all costs.

Great Salesman

I came to Bell Ford just to see what was available for Sale..... Met Dean Schmitt- Great Salesman. Took Truck out for test drive - went to another dealer - came back to buy Here!!! Got to meet George James. Went out of his way - just as Dean had. Great Staff! :)

Recommend

Ford Rules just like Girls! Scott was great- we emailed and spoke, various times. He was persisesnt but not overly aggressive. Looked at a couple of other dealerships and brands of vehicles but guess what! Bell won!

Will be back!

I came just attempting to test drive the fusion. While I was here, I received some of the best customer service I have ever received from Dean. Dean was absolutely a pleasure to deal with and not only will I be referring my friends and family, but I will be back myself.
