Becareful with this place

My experience with sunvalley has not been good. They seem to busy to genuinely take of the customer or to complete a job without having numerous mistakes. My car has been in their shop numerous times over the past month, due to human error and incompleted work. This has brought on alot of troubles for me dealing with transportation. Even in this poor economy, one would think they would take pride in there buisnes... view mores, but unfortunately not.

OUTSTANDING Customer Service

Not only was I able to receive timely assistance with towing services but also making sure I had the necessary transportation I needed to get to and from work. It is comforting to know that there are still mechanics passionate about what they do while being considerate of their customers, not to mention using quality products to get the job done right.

The Best in The Valley

I have been going to Sun Valley Imports for 14 years with my BMW. The owners are involved with entire process and the knowledge and enthusiasm towards cars are unmatched. Sun Valley has a unique blend of a professional, clean shop with that mom and pop store feel that you always wanted to have with your mechanic. Their pricing is less expensive than any dealership and their honesty is extremely welcomed, (having been taken advantaged of in the past by my last mechanic!). They always welcome me back in the workshop to go "under the hood" and take a closer look at what the problem might be, access it, then offering a number of options to repair it. Bottom line? If you live in Arizona, have a european car and want it to run like new every time you turn the key, you need to implement a team who will support you and your car through thick and thin.
