STAY AWAY FROM GREULICH`S!!!!
Bottom line for me is...I do not recommend anyone go to any Greulich`s locations. I trusted you Greulich`s. You misdiagnosed my cars problem. I saved money for a long time to fix this nonexistent problem. I ended up diagnosing and repairing the problem myself in my driveway for $100. You also scratched my car. The scratch remains to this day and you never compensated me. I`ll always wonder if this happened due to me ... view moreinquiring about getting compensation for the scratch the first time I brought my car in. And by the way a frond end rebuild kit is easy to find and about $300 bucks. Every once and a while I think of the two years this car sat for no reason and I get angry. This is one of those times...ARRRRGGH

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!
I started coming to this repair shop a couple of years ago when it was referred by a friend. I had an older model car and needed some basic work done to it. Although it was 20 years old, the car only had 45k miles and was in very clean condition. My first experience was pleasant and normal, so I trusted this company to do more work on my newer 2007 daily driver sedan and recommended this place to a couple of friends.... view more
Well... The problems started rolling in:
My older car kept getting leaks as fast as they were repaired. Finally, they fixed all the possible things that could leak (thousands of dollars) and then the things they changed started leaking (not installed properly). In hindsight, i found it suspicious that every time i went there something else happened to bring me back, soon after. I finally gave up on the older car and I am now selling it. It still leaks and I think they never repaired it properly and am suspicious that they just `rigged` it when I went back.
My suspicions about the lack of integrity of this group grew when I sent my newer car in for a tire inspection at the wheel place. Apparently the alignment I paid for was not done properly (or not done at all) and the inside of the tires were worn in only approximately 6,000 miles. Secondly, a person I had recommended go there for brakes wound up going back to a dealership and the dealership showed them that the brakes were not installed properly and caused the pads to wear in a fraction of the time.
This is just a couple of examples... I spent thousands of dollars here and came back almost every time to repair something that was originally done incorrectly. I even had the bumper repaired from when they hit my car in the parking lot.
I have been more than patient and should really go see a lawyer to recover my losses, but i am not that type of person. I just wont come back... they won and I am tired.
All I can tell you is BUYER BEWARE.. to many coincidences here and I strongly believe there is a lack of integrity and a sever lack of care wrapped into a major lack of knowledge at this place. I hate to trash a business, but these people should not be putting good people like me through the brain damage they inflicted.

Do your homework
I took my vehicle to Greulich`s automotive last year to fix my brakes and honestly thought that I could trust these people to do a good and honest job without trying to rip me off, boy was I wrong!!!!!!
They just did the bare minimum, and within a year, my car started shaking and I realize that I needed to have my brakes looked at (after spending $400.00...) again.
Luckily, I have a nephew who is a mechanic, an... view mored he told me that they didn`t do a few things that really needed to be done, and it really made me angry......
THIS is the exact reason why women do not feel comfortable with taking our cars serviced. Although we know that it needs to be done.....but lesson learned,
It`s imperative that you do your homework, and be smart .
