EXCELLENT SERVICE - HONEST AND KNOWLEDGEABLE

Had my Duo Therm air conditioner ""condemned"" by another local RV repair company who told me I would need to replace it. After calling around to get prices for a new unit, I ended up at Gene`s to get a new unit put on. The girls in the office were very pleasant and very knowledgeable; and their prices were extremely competitive. It was a $20 part that needed to be replaced. I was very, very impressed with his integrity. I had gone in expecting to spend $1000 and left with my air conditioner working and my RV nice and cool again for under $100. I will certainly recommend them to everyone.

RV Repair

Would rate a ZERO if it let me. Made appt, they never showed nor called.Even a followup call from me brought no response. A poor excuse for a service company.

Not impressed

Took my 2000 Georgie Boy Landau in for several repairs. Had a leak in kitchen under faucet, had a refrigerator door hinge that would not hold, a leak in the black tank and the dash AC needed to be fixed. They fixed the dash AC and works perfectly. We were packing the refrigerator and the door fell off. The hinge was not repaired. When we got to our destination and I turned the water pump on, the leak under the sink a... view moreppeared. The black tank repair was quoted at a minimal $1,500 to replace. They told me that a screw wore a hole in the tank causing the leak. I told them I would have to wait on this repair. Upon further inspection, I found the problem. It was not caused by a screw. The tank is cracked. I do not recommend them for RV repair! Do not trust them!!!

Great Service

The refrigerator in my 5th wheel was not cooling and I had a trip planned for this weekend. I called Camping World and a couple of other RV repair centers that couldn`t take care of me. Not only did Gene`s get me in the same day, they got me out the same day. And it didn`t cost me an arm & leg. I will go back.

I have had many bad experiences with different RV repair companies, but not with Gene`s. He was very professional, had the parts I needed on his truck and fixed my refrigerator at a very reasonable price. If I ever need repairs while in Arizona again I will definately call them.
