Our family has taken our cars to Jacksonville Muffler for years! They are fast, thorough, dependable, and ......HONEST! Many of our friends have also taken their business to Jacksonville Muffler and loved them as well! We have had other car shops in Oxford, Anniston, Gadsden, and Jacksonville tell us that we needed to have such and such done but we would take it to Jacksonville Muffler for a second opinion and they w... view moreould say, no, that is not necessary (and save us needless expenses) or yes, this is what needs to be done (and their price would often beat someone else`s price). They have saved us so much money with their straightforward honesty. They stand by their work. They are professional and courteous. They are comfortable to be around. I have lived in Jacksonville for over a decade and have visited every shop there is. **** BOTTOM LINE: If you want honesty and reliability, go to Jacksonville Muffler; If you want to be overcharged and served unreliable work, try your chances by taking your car anywhere else (Note: I am not putting down other car places. It is just that some other places have taken us for a ride or have done shoddy work that they refuse to stand by (like trying to make us pay for a part that is still under warranty whereas, Jacksonville Muffler has been honest every time and has stood by any repair they have worked on).
