Horrible Service

I bought a 2008 GMC truck from Big Wyoming in July. We have had to take it back to them four times since then. They first time I took it back was for an oil change. It took them one hour and forty-five minutes to do a simple oil change. When I asked the guy up front to see what was taking so long, he went into his buddies office and completly foregot about me. I didn`t receive an apologie or anything. The next... view more time I took it back was for warrenty work. Everything went smoothly that time. Then we had a cold spell and my check engine light came on and my remote start would not work. When I took it in they had my truck for eight hours. I didn`t know that it took eight hours to run a diagnostics. They did not give me a loaner car. They said they have a shuttle service if I need to go any where. I have a one and a half year old that has to have a car seat. The shuttle service would not work for me and that is my only vehicle. I expressed this to them and they still refused to let me have a loaner car. I love my truck, but if I had it to do all over again, I would go to another place. Even if that ment driving to Denver. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from Big Wyoming again.
