I`m a young college girl, and I took my car to these guys to get my brakes fixed. They seemed nice enough on the phone & I took my car their once before and everything turned out alright (I think...). Ultimately, they decided every last bit of my brakes needed replaced, coming to total of $400. I was upset, thinking only the front brakes were acting up, so I brought my car-knowledged boyfriend with me to talk to the ... view moreowner about why they needed to replace everything. I realized something very quickly. When I was alone with the owner, he talked very loud and boisterous about what was going on with my brakes, but when I came back with my boyfriend, he talked in a very hushed, private tone toward me. Obviously something was going on. I asked for all my parts back when I picked up my car, and when I got my car they weren`t in the car. So I had to wait a week to get them back. Upon inspecting them it was very obvious that my disc`s weren`t worn at all, like they had said, and they had ripped me off about $200. Now, my brakes still squeak, and make a strange noise when I`m stopping, and I just looked and my front driver`s side boot is torn. They say they have a year warranty on their work, but who knows. They`ll probably say what is going on isn`t their fault. Basically they`ll work you over if they feel you don`t know how a car works. Too bad for them, I do. Don`t go. Their work is poor, they`re jerks and they`re greedy.
