Don`t go to Ideal Auto

My car broke down and I had it towed to Ideal Auto because they said they would be able to work on it right away and I needed it fixed quickly. Three days later they had only worked on it three hours and couldn`t tell me what needed to be done. I had called them 2-3 times a day each day to find out what was happening. John, the owner got angry at me for calling. He was very rude and was trying to make me feel like an... view more idiot for even calling after 3 days. I finally decided they weren`t a good choice and tried to get the car back. They charged me $250 for looking at the car even though they kept my car 3 days and still couldn`t tell me the problem. I agreed to pay the $250, but he still continued to be rude(rude is an understatement) about it and to make things difficult to try to get back at me they wouldn`t take my credit card even though it says on his door he takes credit cards. I had to go find cash and come back. Then, he refused to pull it out of the garage, against my strong request, even though I paid him in cash. He said he wouldn`t release the car until the tow truck arrived. I wanted it outside so I could watch it and make sure they didn`t pull something, but he refused. I had it then towed to Midas down the street and they had fully found the problem in 20 minutes. Thank you Midas. If you want very bad service, rude attitudes, to be ripped off & to be treated very badly; Ideal Auto is Ideal. This is the only bad review I have ever left anywhere. DON`T GO TO Ideal Auto in Gillette Wyoming.
