You cannot find a friendlier group of people. Within 20 minutes Brad came by to help me jump start my vehicle and Phil told me jokes while a new battery was installed. I found this shop on the internet and after one visit, they have become my favorite place to take my car. Good location, if you are one the east side.

Not only was the customer service horrific, they left food under my hood.

They tried to sell me on an $80 oil change without having proof, both online or in my car manual, that my car needed synthetic oil. After telling the ?ˆ?gentleman?ˆ? behind the counter that he is the first person to inform me of my car?ˆ™s need for an expensive oil change, he eluded to the fact that I am an irresponsible driver for not knowing what type of oil usually goes in my car. As if the whole experience in the ... view moreshop wasn?ˆ™t insulting enough, two days later I looked under my hood and found the VW emblem that usually is glued onto my engine now under a half eaten biscuit tossed to the left of my engine. When they were confronted with this issue over the phone their response was to tell me that I had an eating problem and I had put the biscuit there myself. If it wasn?ˆ™t me, it must have been a mouse that put the food there, or at least that is what his second hypothesis was. To make matters worse he concluded the phone call by calling me an ?ˆ?a**hole?ˆ? and then hung up on me. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. As a female you expect the up sale, but never the mechanics to leave their lunch under your hood. This company should be embarrassed.

Look theres nothing worse than a shop fixing 4 problems before they get to the 1 thing that gets your car running again. I tell you what, Joe and the guys are great! Hooked me up and got my car running again in no time. I just moved to Milwaukee and had no idea where to have my car towed. Saw some great reviews on these guys, and took the chance.
