harvard ford dealer

i would never recomend the new or used dealers to any one.they do not do as they say they will. never keep promises. i have never been so disapointed in a car dealer ship as the harvard ford and chevy dealer. my husband bought a ford ranger only have had it a week or two called them with a problem they said they would call back never did ,never even tryed to help.kept promising to call to resolve the problem but lied... view more. didnt do anything.havnt had the veichle for even a year and now its in the shop for a problem that should of never happened called dealer ship again still to no avail would they do anything. said they would call but once again blew us off.my son bought a rendevue from the chevy dealer the same thing the door was not on right so result of that the door bent ,once again they said they would do something and once again done nothing.at least i can say ive bought alot of ford vehicles from the ford dealer in delavan wisc.if ever a problem they resolved it for us. they might have had the vehicle in there shop longer than they we thought they should. but will i never complain about them again at least if there was a problem they dealt with it and if we were not satisfied they at least awarde us a few free oil changes.do not ever expect that from harvard ford and chevy. i say there a ripp off. i will never go to them again. if i can file a lemon law suit i will.never will would i recomend it to my worst enemie.please do not go to them. scincerly fran
