Bad Service

I took my car in first thing when they open. I was told it will take 2 hours. I went back in 2 hours and was told my car was not done. It will be another 2 hours. I asked them numerous time, are you sure it will be ready in 2 hours? I was told yes. I went back and it was not even start on it. They told me it will be 2 to 3 more hours. I said, I asked you numerous times, if you are sure it will be ready. You kept tell... view moreing me yes. They took someone that came in after me car before mine. Is this the kind of service anyone should expect? No, it is not. If you tell your customers` it will be ready at a certain time. It should be ready. How does any business expect to stay in business, if they do not follow through on their promise. It should not even take 2 to 3 hours. I took it to someone else and not only did it cost less, but it only took an hour.
