Took my truck in for state ins...

Took my truck in for state inspection and started off bad.Lady at the counter was rude and acted like i was bothering her.45 mins later she told me my truck needed an outer tie rod end and it would cost $250.00 for it 2 pass.I have a warranty so i told them 2 give me a rejection sticker and they did.I then ordered the tie rod end myself and took it to colonial tire who does all my warranty work.I gave them the reject... view moreion notice of what was wrong along with my tie rod end and went on my way.Colonial tire called me early the next morning to inform me that nothing was wrong with the truck at all.The tie rods were just fine and he didnt know what meineke was talking about.They told me that this was not the first time someone had come from meineke with a rejection sticker and a claim the vehicle needed bogus work.Be safe and get a second opinion when you have a doubt about something.Steer clear of this place if you value your hard earned money!

Excellent Customer Service

Truely,great customer service!!!!! The young man at the counter was very helpful in explaining the repairs my car needed. These people really go the extra mile to make you aware of what`s needed to get you going again.My cavalier left me stranded on 95,I called them,not only did they get to me right away but they even arranged a tow truck to pick me up I only had to wait about twenty minutes and the tow truck was th... view moreere.I love these people, turns out the only thing that was wrong with my car was a bad battery connection.I`m so happy to have found a honest repair shop to take my vehicles to,I strongly advise you to try this shop out.
