Whenever I come to the dealership, for sales or service, I am always greeted immediately. I feel like I am part of the family and everyone knows me. The service bay is extremely clean. You pull in and it`s almost like valet treatment. The greet you immediately, it`s all indoors, and they know why you are and why you are there. The sales is the same way. Purchased a Honda Pilot in December. Promises were made that they would fix up the seats, never was done. Window was scratched and continues to scratch every time I open and close the window. They said they fixed it, there were additional scratches and the scratching continues.
Since their total incompetent effort to make good on the contract, the vehicle has begun to fall apart. Auto locks don`t work, back of pa... view moressenger seat fell off, etc.
They will ignore you when you call, will make little or no effort to correct the problem when pressed, and will outright lie to your face. I strongly suggest you reconsider if you are thinking about buying a vehicle from Russ Darrow.

Everyone at the dealership was amazing
Everyone at the dealership was amazing at getting me the car I wanted! Especially Dale Hansen, who insured me that it was not only his pleasure, but his duty to help me with any of my automobile needs. Drive farther to avoid this place !!!
Yes, I live within 5 miles of this place and I drive out of my way to get my car serviced somewhere else. My experiences have been so bad that I`ve decided to avoid all Russ Darrow dealerships.
Basically, this place treats you like you`re an idiot. I bought a Certified Honda from another dealership, and I needed a window switch replaced. I explained my car is Certified and it should be covered. The service ind... view moreividual tried his hardest to persuade me out of getting it fixed. He kept saying it probably wasn`t covered - mind you, this guy has been working there a long time so he knows what`s covered.
I had to personally called the Honda warranty center (very nice people by the way) and was told that it was covered.
I told the service idiot at Russ Darrow Honda that it was covered and to fix it. His reluctant sigh said he will do what he can.
I am sorry for ever spending money there, and I am sorry for any person that doesn`t read these reviews and decides NOT to go there - at all.
I would rate a ""0"" score if I could...
