Asked if I wanted to wait but told it would be a "couple of hours". When i hadn`t heard anything after 3 1/2 i called the number on the website since the website said their hours indicated they were open. No answer then or after 4 1/2 or 5i so I sent an email. They got that! I was called and told that my frustration was uncalled for, I`d never been told a couple of hours (really? Ask someone if they want to... view more wait but the car won`t be ready until the next day? Should i have brought a sleeping bag?), that it was rude to expect a call if my car wasn`t done in the mentioned "couple of hours" and i could come and get my car. I did. Guess they don`t need the business so my suggestion is don`t give it to them...
