Never again and never recommend!

I never ever would go back for business to Krueger auto mart. The vehicle I bought from them didn`t have a working key fob, but I hadn`t realized this until hours after I purchased the car because the salesman had locked and unlocked the car for me every time. When I called back I asked about this "warranty" they give their buyers. He said its a 30 day power train warranty but they check their vehicles over... view more so well that you`ll never need to use it. Really because I do?! I`m positive he knew the key didn`t work before hand. I was told to make me happy that they would split the cost of having the key replaced. Any nut would know that doesn`t make a buyer of a car bought hours before hand happy. I proceeded to have the key replaced and took an early morning appointment with a local ford dealer. I was told by Jim the salesman to call Krueger auto when finished and they would pay half over the phone. I called Jim before the appointment to confirm that someone would be there to take care o the bill, he said someone is there every morning by 8:15. When my car was finished being reprogrammed at 8:50 the only person at Krueger was the old business owner who only comes in the drink coffee and knew nothing about this situation between Jim and myself. Note to self just be honest with your consumers, if someone who can`t help is there say so! I then had to wait util Jim came in to have the bill paid for. My other option was to pay the bill in full and drive all the way back to Oshkosh to receive my half of the payment, which I`m sure wouldn`t be what Jim and I had agreed to. Never again and I would never recommend anyone to go there for a car or service. Nothin but extremely poor service and careless actions. If you do choose to get a car from there I suggest you get ready to have your car have issues within weeks. I would pick zero stars but YP doesn`t give you that option.

I will never buy another car f...

I will never buy another car from this place. The salesman was a total schyster. The car I bought there has given me nothing but problems since I purchased it. It had very low miles for the year and I was told that he selling for someone in his family. When test driving it I noticed that a wheel bearing was bad, so I told them to replace it. They must`ve replaced it with either a used one or just a cheap one because ... view morethat one went bad after a couple months. The wheels started to feel extremely out of balance so I had an alignment done. Apparently a wheel was so far out of whack that the reading was off the charts. It cost over $200 to get that fixed. 2 days after the purchase I returned to Krueger Auto Mart to return the window lock box and told them about the issues I was already having. The salesman just shrugged and made a face that said, "Not my problem." Hindsight is 20/20 I suppose, I should`ve returned the car at that moment as I was still entitled to with the law that gives me 3 days to nullify the purchase. These people are typical car salesman trash and will do anything to make a buck. Never purchasing a car from them again and have already been telling everyone I know to steer clear of Krueger Auto Mart.

I began visiting for service several years back. Their mechanic, Bill, is outstanding. He does terrific work, is honest, and demonstrates integrity, which is not always easy to find in a service shop. He never recommends unnecessary work, and is honest about what should be done vs what can wait and what is necessary. It used to be that the first stop when I was in need of auto help was internet forums... now I go str... view moreaight to Bill, because I know he will be honest, treat me with respect, and take good care of me. Because of my great service shop experiences at Krueger, when it came time to purchase a vehicle recently, I bought from them. Both the owner, Dave, and salesperson, Jim, were extremely accommodating. I feel I received a great deal, and they were helpful and friendly as always. Best of all, because I have confidence in their service, I know the vehicle will be reliable, and I will have a reputable mechanic to take care of it. I recommend Krueger Auto Mart wholeheartedly, and would encourage you to check them out for your next service or purchase need.
